Great price, communication and shipped fast

A very responsive company. When I complained about another online offer which was $100 less, Israel(sp?) indicated that the online offer was for a used/rebuilt machine but that he would send an equipment mat for free. The offer was much appreciated.

Israel help this transaction go smoothly. He answered all our questions as was very nice when talking to us.

The help that I receive was very honest and friendly.
He explanted the different in the equipment that I was looking at. That was a big help.

Honesty, concern in doing what fit our needs best. Returning calls promptly and processing order with a sense of urgency in getting equipment ordered.

Delivery was right on time. Assembler was late but that was because his prior appointment ran late. He soon had it unpacked and put together. I think I'm really going to like this machine.

I live in the “wastelands” of Southern Indiana and have significant mobility problems. As part of my rehab I wanted a popular recumbent bike. It was not available then. I saw Fitness Equipment’s internet page, contacted them, but was a little apprehensive dealing with a company 2,000 miles away.
Israel suggested an alternative, I bought it, delivery was fine, kept informed all the time, and it worked great. Later I needed a wheelchair accessible Bike. Fitness did not sell one, but gave me a company that did. When I got ready to buy one Fitness did sell them, and it is on its way to me now.
My relationship with them is over several years. I have referred other people to them. The only problems I’ve had were giving them the wrong phone number, e-mail and credit card number. I’m sure the latter caused them some concern.

This company was very knowledgeable about the equipment and very helpful. The fitness bike arrived in a very reasonable time as promised. We would definitely do business with them again.

My Spirit crs800s recumbent stepper was delivered as promised in fifteen days. I unpacked the crate myself and put the parts I could carry into the house. I had to get help getting the base in. I spent a few hours assembling the machine. (I'm 75 with a lung disease so I took a lot of rest breaks.
I just finished trying it out and it works fine. I will start tomorrow on a daily therapy program.

Israel was very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly.

Was on time that we were told it would be.
The only thing thing different from what they told us on delivery was it wasn't brought to our house, we had to go pick it up 3 miles away.

Purchased the Spirit Stepper that Israel recommend. Was delivered and assembled the same day, 8/2/23. Used for the first time today and so far so good. A little different than the NuStep that I am used to using, but I'm sure I will get used to using this brand. All communication from Fitness Equipment Broker was timely and complete.

Unit came with no operating instructions. We did find some on-line. Operating instructions are poorly written and hard to understand. Machine sends messages about using an application. What application? If unit needs accessories, why is this information not included in the purchase process?

Israel was super to work with and being president of the company, I know he has to be busy, busy, busy. But when we spoke he was focused on us!! Gave great explanations about everything!!

We called to inquire about one particular equipment. The salesperson could not ge us the exact one reconditioned, but suggested another one, which we bought, but decided that wasnot really what we wanted, so we cancelled or order the next day. Our money was refunded within the next couple days

Great experience Israel was very helpful in guiding me to the perfect machine. He was alwasy available to work with me and promptly responded to all of my questions and information request.. Once the machine is delivered its up tonme to do my part.
