We're puzzled by the 1-star review, as we made every effort to address your concerns regarding the manufacturer's policy. We promptly requested the part to be shipped at no cost on your behalf, considering it was covered under warranty. However, the incurred cost was a result of your location in Alaska and your request to ship it to your freight forwarder, which handled the item from WA to Alaska. If the delivery had been within the 48 contiguous states and not through your carrier, it would have been shipped at no additional cost.
Our units are meticulously packaged in boxes, plastic wrap, and styrofoam, undergoing thorough inspection before dispatch. Thus, it's challenging to ascertain if the damage occurred during shipping. Notably, we've never encountered such damage in any previous orders.
Despite our offer to cover half of the freight costs, you indicated no further need for the part. Subsequently, we extended an additional offer to cover 100% of the freight cost from our end, but unfortunately received no response from you.
We're still committed to providing you with the assistance you deserve and would be happy to proceed with shipping the part if you're still interested. We kindly request reconsideration of your review, as we genuinely aimed to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Spirit 800 Review
Israel understood our reasons for the type of exercise equipment we were reviewing. FEB kept us updated with the status of delivery. Delivery was on time and arrived in good shape.
Our only disappointment is some of the fasteners were replaced with different style than stated in the manual.

On 03/18/24 A PHONE CALL TO THE DELIVERY
On 03/18/24 We received our cross trainer. Came early was quite a surprise for us. The delivery man was off the chart helpful for helping by putting it in our garage. Still working on redoing the room we plan to place it. FEB was great with advice for us in deciding on our choice. Israel was great with all our questions and addressing what to expect in concerns to delivery. We don’t have it set up yet, but once the room is done it will be and we’ll share another post about how it went setting it up, and how we feel about the used of our recumbent stepper.

We called to check on your installation and it was performed to your satisfaction. We are here for you if you should need any additoinal assistance.
I was looking to replace a treadmill…
I was looking to replace a treadmill and inquired advice from different sources to learn as much as possible and which piece of equipment was best for my needs. I called Fitness Equipment Broker on a Saturday evening and Israel answered the phone. He was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable He spoke about and recommended the Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper for my needs. I was not familiar with this equipment and did some online research and only learned that everything Israel had told me was true. I purchase the stepper and it was delivered in 2 weeks via ABF Freight lines. I assembled it myself and was not that difficult. I must say this might be my best online experience I’ve ever had, price, service, advice and follow through could not be better.

Our experience was so great Israel is the best! I called him on a Sunday and by Wednesday we had the spirit purchased and it was delivered when it was supposed to be delivered right on time and the installer was absolutely fantastic. I would really recommend recommend this company to anybody.

A good experience and purchase .
The overall purchase of the recumbent stepper went very well . Israel was very helpful and offered a good price . He also answered phone calls and text messages. The delivery was as promised within the two to three week time frame . No damage to equipment during delivery. The CRS800S is I well built piece of equipment!
