I'm still learning the many features of my Spirit CRS800S Recumbent Stepper, but it's easy to jump right on and begin using it in manual mode. Israel Colon was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Installer/assembler that he engaged for my equipment (extra cost of $249 but WELL worth it) was prompt, courteous, and efficient.

All that we discussed and agreed to was completely satisfied. The delivery was completed without any problems. The setup was very smooth.
