Broker did very good job. Gave excellent information to what the machine does for cardio health. Machine came today, delivery guy brought it into garage even without being asked. All parts were there. Even extra screws and bolts. Very sturdy, anticipate good results from machine. Good purchase!

Clear understanding of the product and making recommendations.

Our family looked for a sturdy machine for use by a Parkinson's patient.With Israel's explanations and answers we bought a heavy large fitness machine. It was delivered to our house on a dirt road in the Colorado Mountains. The shipper was great. We found a pro to to fix the machine. It was enjoyed until it quit due to factory error. This is when Israel and his crew really shone, he patiently, diligently contacted everyone involved for over a month and eventually all pieces were in place and the tech crew from 200 miles away came over fixed the problem. It was a frustrating ordeal and Israel was kind and responsive throughout.

The site was very positive and displayed the different pieces of equipment along with a very clear description of the piece of equipment and the cost. By calling the number you very treated with courtesy and respect as to what your needs might be. Very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. I would strongly recommend this company.

Service was excellent. The only shock we had was it was delivered by semi and this weighs 300 lbs but the semi driver was excellent and got it to the house just fine…..Spirit delivered in a few days……

This is a redo of my review .. I received the CRS800S machine only to find more than half the parts, bolts, nuts, washers had been poorly packed and with a hole in the box were missing .. I was very upset, but with the help of Spirit this was resolved so much quicker than I expected. So since I had given a review where I gave a 1 out of 5, I wanted to redo that review (hopefully I can delete that review) .. I will stick with my thoughts that this is far too involved an assembly for an amature to put together, but that aside the machine appears to be well built in its structure, and the parts missing is no one persons fault .. That being said I felt the need to redo this review because this problem I am sure is not indicative of the company, just a bad situation. Hope this clarifys my previous review .. I will say pushing a bit harder for new clients to get a professional to assemble this could save frustration for more people than just myself .. because there are a lot of bolts, screws, and washers that while numbered in the book are not numbered themself, and unless you are trained you will need to do alot of measureing of these parts to get the right ones in the right place.
