It would have better if the installer came before 5 days

Fantastic to work with. Got my wife the stepper she wanted and great service and support.

Unit was solid construction, large enough for my frame. Disliked how the power cord was placed in the side of the front, not out the back were it would be out of the way.
Delivery was on time, though the outside of the box was damaged the unit was not.
I had questions that were answered quickly by the company, good service.

Israel answered all my questions. There was no pressure. He asked me what goals I had with the equipment and made some suggestions. He followed up with an email to describe the product in detail and showed videos how it was used.
He followed up with a phone call to me to see if I had any questions or if he could explain anything in more detail. Excellect service. And tremendous follow up calls and emails. I expect delivery and set up in a couple of days. So excited! Thanks

Before contacting company I used ChatGPT. I was told the company is legitimate, even mentioned a fellow named Israel as being very helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted. Be a quick sale. However, Israel took his time to find out exactly what my needs were. I bought a different product, one I didn’t know about, and I appreciate Israel taking the time to educate me.

From the start the experience was great. I called expecting a call center but a local employee answered. When I told her what I was looking for she left a message for the sales person to call me. That evening he called. It turned out he was the owner of the company too. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us on what to order, gave us a great deal. Within 2 weeks our bike arrived. Highly recommend them!

All my questions were answered. After I paid for the unit I had a few questions and my calls were returned the same day or the very next day.

Israel helped me find the type of water rower I was looking for at the price I wanted to spend. Several of the models were no longer available but he spoke to the rep and found a model that was not discontinued. He responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner, which built trust and lead to placing my order with him. Everything went smoothly, including on time delivery.

The delivery was great. Though I had a window of 8 hours, the delivery was made early in the day.
I contacted the installer and he came a couple hours later to install. Installation was more involved than we thought, but the installer did a great job. Very pleased with the entire process.

The only thing that could have been better is having a way to dispose of all of the packing materiel: the mound of Styrofoam, plastic bags, and huge boxes, to say nothing of the huge pallet.
The disposal is extremely hard for anyone with a disability or limited trash disposal ability.

Great yelp reviews compared to a bunch of other workout companies. Everything was exactly the way they said it would be, unlike some companies I have read about who change the deal on you. Sent an email to inquire on an order and I get a phone call to confirm all is good. Customer service has been outstanding.

Sales personnel were polite and very helpful with the exception of telling me assembly involved just a few attachments. The main problems were with company’s owners manual. I could not find a video for assembly for this model online. Assembly instructions were abysmal, there was a foam pad to prevent hardware from entering cavity where console base attaches, but nothing covering slot where foot pedal arms go down. So I lost small screw in cavity. There is now a slight drag sound grim right pedal rollers. So I may need your service people to come out.
