FEB people were great! Very informative as to what we were buying and the delivery and set-up timing. The carrier contracted was great and even put it into the garage. The installer was here a day later and did a fantastic job. The whole process was smooth and we are very happy with the product.

I called asking about some equipment that I have seen online and Israel started asking me questions about what I was actually looking for and hopefully to accomplish. It was the first time somebody actually took time to find out what my needs were. explained to him that I was only now seven months recovery journey from an incomplete spinal injury suffered in February 2025 I regained all motor control and needed to strengthen my legs to be able to get back up and walking. We talked about a couple different machines and not only did he start me in the right direction but made me one heck of a deal. I could be happier with my experience
