I ordered two identical bedside tables, but when they arrived, one of them was a completely different item.

I raised the issue with customer service by phone and was advised to contact them by email. After receiving no response, I tried their live chat, only to be told again to resolve the matter via email, despite already having done so.

After two days of chasing the issue, I finally managed to arrange a collection for the incorrect item. However, I then waited in all day for the scheduled collection, and no one arrived.

At no stage has there been an apology, compensation, or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. The lack of communication and poor handling of a straightforward issue has been extremely disappointing and feels very unprofessional.

It’s a shame, as the one bedside table I did receive is actually quite nice, and have begrudgingly ordered another - despite the incorrect item STILL not collected. But, the overall customer service experience has been unacceptable.

We recently ordered the bedside tables from Fishe & Lilly and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the furniture. The communication, packaging, and overall look of the tables is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I ordered some bedside tables but realised they were not suited to the room once they arrived. I emailed to request an exchange and Fishe and Lilly were prompt and clear with responses. They’ve made the collection and re delivery of the new items so smooth and have been nothing but helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased two Scandinavian Logan Walnut side tables. The first shipment, both the items received were defaced. I contacted F&L who collected, dispatched and replaced defaced side tables all within 3 working days.The Customer Service is excellent.
The replacements issued did not have any issues. I am very happy with service and I would not hesitate to order again.

We needed a pair of narrow bedside tables for our new home, and we are delighted with the choice we made. Both tables arrived well packaged, no damage. They are excellent quality, and look great in our new home! We now have our eye on the matching dressing table!

We are very pleased with our bedside tables. They arrived promptly and are as described. The packaging, although very secure, has a strong smell which took a few days to get rid of. But the bedside tables are now looking very good and stylish.

Our Fishe and Lily Walnut bedside tables are adorable. They are good quality and sturdy. They arrived in the same week that we ordered them. No complicated assembly required. All we had to do was attach the legs. The instructions were clear and only paper packaging was used. Love it!

Very well-packed bedside table. We had a small issue with the unit, and Stephen in customer services provided outstanding customer service. His responses were very quick, polite, and helpful, giving us the confidence to order again in the future.

Quality pieces, quality customer service. These are both things that defined my experience with Fishe and Lilly. The furniture felt solid and expensive. Although the piece I ordered did not end up being correct for the space, Stephen did a fantastic job with answering questions and providing a solution. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Fishe and Lilly again, but would recommend (as with all furniture purchases!) looking closely at customer review photos which Fishe and Lilly encourage to be posted, as these are often more representative of colour and texture than the professional images.

The quality of the bedside tables is fantastic, truly solid and the drawers move smoothly. It was easy to attach the legs and they are very sturdy. Came very well packaged. Thoroughly recommend F&L.

Packaging was crazy so much of it = not very green I would say. Furniture not of the highest quality either

Really poor service. We ordered 2 bedside tables. One of them was defective (the foot was not attached because the unit had been incorrectly drilled, so foot was loose in the box).

We received advice to glue the item ourselves, not ideal with what is supposedly higher quality furniture. Not only that, but no discount or refund to cover the cost of rectifying h the defective furniture was offered, until we pressed them on it, at which point a %5 discount was offered, which did not even cover the cost of quality wood glue.

All in all terrible quality and service.

Very disappointing delivery experience with AIT Home Delivery, who were responsible for delivering furniture purchased from Fishe & Lilley.

The first delivery never arrived despite me taking a full day off work to wait. The second attempt arrived far outside the agreed delivery window, meaning I couldn’t answer the door due to work commitments. The delivery was only completed on the third attempt.

When the team finally arrived, they walked across wet, muddy grass and attempted to enter my house with muddy footwear. I had to stop them from bringing mud into the property. They also left the furniture at the front door rather than placing it inside, which made it extremely difficult to move.

The furniture itself is lovely, but the delivery experience was extremely frustrating. I would strongly encourage Fishe & Lilley to review their delivery partner, as the service from AIT Home Delivery fell well below what customers should expect when purchasing large furniture items.

I've been searching for a very small bedside to fit next to my bed. The value for money and service were great.
Easy to order, delivered as arranged, good quality for the price and I love them!

I stumbled across Fishe and Lilly after a very long search on the internet for real wood bedroom furniture at a realistic price. I read the reviews and everybody was very happy with their purchases, so I decided to place my order. WOW, I was blown away by how well packaged everything was, the quality, design of the bedside tables and dressing table is just beautiful! I shall definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Quality of the bedside table is much poorer than expected, the wood is not well finished, there are several marks, chips and areas where the wood doesn’t align properly so the drawers do not open and close smoothly at all. and I’m sceptical it’s solid walnut/mango as advertised. Additionally it smells AWFUL. We’ve kept the packaging to potentially return if F&L can’t rectify but had to isolate the packaging in a separate room because it smells so toxic - what is in your products?!?
