I would love to be reviewing my item of furniture, having placed an order for a Light Mango Tallboy on 01/10/2026, which was In Stock. On the 14/10/2026 I received a message from the courier, with a proposed delivery date of 21/10/2026. Unfortunately both delivery dates I have been offered have been on a Wednesday, the one day of the week I am unable to be at home. My problem I know. My issue is with how long it takes the courier to offer another delivery date. The last message I received was on the 20th October.......9 days later I have had no alternative date offered and I am left hanging in limbo. It's the first time I have experienced this with furniture delivery, it seems to be much more complicated than it needs to be.

Ordered bedroom furniture in June 2026. Accepted that there was a 3 month wait. However first two pieces came a bit delayed. Then told the rest, two bedsides and a chest of drawers would be following. Just been told that the chest of drawers will be the end of November and the bedsides end of December. What on earth are we supposed to do. Clearly not in stock we can’t send the other stuff back as we would have to start again. I would avoid this company at all costs unless you’re happy to wait 6 months! 6 months!!!! Joke.

Wow wow wow!! Absolutely blown away by the quality of this furniture! This week I received delivery of a King bedroom set (Oslo light Mango King bed frame, 2 bedside tables and large draw set). It's SO sturdy and heavy weight, solid beautiful Mango wood (no veneer here dear!), lovely subtle satin finish, gorgeous light colour with stunning bold grains and decent high strength hardware fittings, no creaking or wobbling. No rough dodgy grains, knots divets or lumps. Lovely smooth satin finish. Really decent value for what you are getting here, you will not be disappointed! Probably best assembled with a helping hand as is quite heavy, which comes with the sturdiness and quality. Although I did manage it solo to surprise and get some brownie points with the wife, I was sweating a bit 🥵🤣!!

The furniture is made in India and as such has a slight rustic-ness to it's build techniques, but all visible joints and finishes, edges, handles etc are perfectly smooth and finished to a very high quality with the added benefit that none of it is veneered. You would struggle to find this value / quality from a UK manufacturer, sadly!

Delivery was little on the slow side, but certainly worth the wait.

I placed an order for an item listed as 'in stock' with a promised delivery time of within 14 days.
It took 9 days just to receive an email stating the delivery company would contact me within another 5–7 working days (up to 13 calendar days) just to propose a delivery date. That is up to 22 days simply to get a proposed date, let alone actual delivery.
When I phoned customer service, I was told the item was with the courier and I should hear by the end of the week, but that they could do nothing to expedite it.
Do not rely on the "in stock / delivery within 14 days" claims on their website, the lead times provided at checkout are inaccurate and suggest this is a drop shipping business.

The order process was quick and easy and it was helpful to have various payment options.
Once the order was processed, we were kept up to date with the order and delivery progress.
The delivery team were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The Oslo unit is a beautiful piece and looks perfect in our room. It's well made and so I am confident that it will last many years.

From placing my order until receiving my beautiful bookcase I was kept in the loop.

I emailed Casa Bella to ask about some replacement wheels for a sun lounger purchased over ten years ago. Poppy responded quick as a flash to say that they no longer supplied them but if I took a photo she would check in the store room. I sent a photo, within minutes I was told there were two wheels and if I provided an address they would be sent to me - I called to see how much this would be an was told nothing. This is customer service at its best. A speedy reply, quick solution and nothing to pay with a lovely friendly Poppy on the end of the phone. A joy and I will be visiting the online store again to find some furniture for my son's lounge. Many many thanks - you've restored my faith in good service and the fact that the loungers are still going strong - excellent products.

I ordered a light mango wood TV unit and nest of tables. Prior to this i'd ordered a wood sample, which was exactly the colour I wanted. The furniture that arrived was a totally different colour. There were marks and dents on various parts, particularly the legs and the wrong screws had been provided. A quick trip to b&q for the right screws and I got it assembled. Due to the disappointing quality and the cost to return, it went to charity.
Can't fault the ordering process and delivery, but the product was poor.

We placed our order with Casa Bella over two weeks ago and still have not received our order. Upon contacting them we were told to expect to wait 10 working days, and then having not heard anything still we rang them again and were told we would have to wait yet another 10 working days.
We have yet to receive our order so can not comment on the quality of the goods, I just wish this company put as much effort into their customer service and delivery service as they do into bombarding social media advertising. Really disappointing.

Second purchase from Casa Bella in a month. Furniture was very well packaged and delivered very quickly. Love the light mango wood finish to the two items I have bought. Rustic yet classy at the same time. Would be very happy to purchase form them again in the future.
