Heb Firsty gebruikt als e-sim in Zuid-Amerika en dit werkte perfect. Had een keer problemen met verbinding in Bolivia en de klantenservice heeft hier goed en snel mee geholpen.

Unreliable - long time user
Firsty has a lot of problems. Imagine traveling through different countries where every single country requires a separate setup and activation flow. Instead of something that just works, you constantly end up needing support to get connected again. Sometimes this takes up to an hour.
Their support is extremely slow, overly bureaucratic, and unwilling to meet customers halfway. After multiple issues, I eventually gave up completely. This company does not seem to understand the experience international travelers actually need.

There have been recent updates to our plans that now let you buy global data at one price, and it keeps working as you cross borders, which solves the issue with multiple activation flows. It's rolling out gradually, so if it's not in your app yet, it's on the way. We'd love for you to give us another shot and try it out.

Firsty werkt blijkbaar niet op Samsung S25. Staat nergens vermeld, ik lees het hier bij iemand anders review.
Ik betaalde 20 euro voor gebruik in Nepal, maar kreeg het niet geactiveerd.
Heeft me uren stress gekost én 20 euro.

La app todavía no la eh podido usar/probar porque no está disponible en la región que estoy actualmente viajando, pero le doy buena puntuación porque el soporte es muy bueno sobre todo da la señorita julia muy amable atenta y comprensiva deberían existir más trabajadoras así🫰

Forget about anything called a "free plan." This app is moving towards a paid strategy like all the others. The free aspect was just for advertising and attracting users, and they succeeded. Now it's just another eSIM app; you just have to see if their prices suit you.

We're also open about having paid plans: they exist because Free is built for basic connectivity, so we wanted an option for people who need faster data around the world. Nul cela n’a jamais marché ne mettez pas 1 centime la dedans c’est du scam pur et dur ne vous fiez également pas aux commentaires notés 5/5, tout est faux et cette application et absolument nul à chié !
Je précise que j’ai dû télécharger cette appli en urgence car ma carte SIM beuguait énormément jai dépensé 1€ pour avoir l’accès à 1,5 go de data pour 24 h ça n’a même pas marché une seule seconde, JE DÉCONSEILLE A ÉVITER !

Initial thoughts
Installed the esim ok, but wasn't configured properly, AI helped a bit but it took a human (Julia) to get it working properly. Free plan isn't the fastest in the world but a very useful backup.

Today I had a great problem to activate Firsty eSim on my device in India. I looked for contact with Firsty in Netherlands and Julia and her crew helped me to find the right way:-)In 6 E-Mais between 4:50pm and 7pm she took me "by her hands" and showed me the way to APNs e Sims and other strange things.🫣Thank you very much for the patience,knowledge and kindness.

First of all, Firsty got the best rates and works usually perfect.
I tried in several countries / continents without any issues.
Now I experienced an issue and I cannot believe that I had an excellent customer service right away to solve this issue.
Julia, my angel helping me out, was patient and very competent.

Regular tirando a mal
Sinceramente el plan Free no vale para nada ya que no va ni para navegar en Google o mirar en Google Maps y el WhatsApp va bastante regulero, lo que podían hacer es dejar una velocidad de 1 o 2 Mbps y poner por ejemplo 500 MB y para poder acceder a esos 500MB que pongan anuncios (no los de la propia app como pasa actualmente si no poner anuncios que puedan monetizar) Otra cosa es que son muy caros los otros planes para lo que ofrecen en comparación con otras plataformas de viaje.

better than local sim during trips…
I have used the service during my trips to Europe and Middle East Asia. Sometimes in home country India, also. Free Ad version gave impressive data and then I started trying paid version. Recently i used their support to fix an issue which i faced while upgrading and support was really good. Happy with the service.
while traveling, if we take a traveler sim card from an operator at airport, it is binded to that network only, where as this sim connects to the best possible network and provide best data speed
