Faced connection-problems and found contact via email with the helpdesk. Quick responses and following-up. Although the connection is working again, it is not the most stable one. However, I trust they will work on that and that this will soon be improved in the future. Nice concept and the helpdesk is good!

Firsty does not even work at all as an e sim, I am glad I got the free one so I did not waste money on such a bad app. I tried it in Montreal.

I wasn't expecting a fast high quality response like that. we could solve the issue in minutes. Now I can travel relaxed to my destination and not have to worry about the e-sim plan. Thanks a lot

great little app to keep us connected for free anywhere .
did have a issue one day so suddenly with connecting to the cell carrier . a little chat to real agent online and everything works again .
nothing can beat this service .

Firsty recently went through an overhaul switching to a global network including servers in Europe/Singapore areas to cover more areas with lower latency. Customer service has been amazing as they are responsive and to the point for the issues I had. For the connection itself it is fast + low latency allowing for voice calls and videos at high quality. I love how you can pause/resume if you are not sure how long you will be traveling. Their revamped plans works in any location with a single price for simplicity. I just wish the `Classic` data packs that's purchased also could be non-expiring like the `Unlimited` day packs.

Ik had deze esim gekocht via kbc voor mijn reis naar Kerala in India. Ik had het probleem dat ik verbinding had voor een minuut, dan viel die weg, verbond de esim opnieuw met een netwerk, waardoor ik nooit stabiele verbinding had en ook mijn batterij supersnel leeg ging. Op veel plaatsen had ik helemaal geen netwerk terwijl mijn vrienden met een andere esim daar wel bereik hadden.

Ik ben voor 14 dagen in zuid afrika, en heb al meer dan 2 dagen geen verbinding met mijn esim 😡😡 kheb een ander moeten kopen, omdat hun nest niet werkt!!! Geld weggesmeten, en ik heb al vanalles geprobeerd om dit in orde te krijgen maar lukt niet!!!

Julia was execption and very helpful when I get an issues using Firsty but aside that this app and what it does is one of a kind Firsty still holds number 1 for esims and data services

Upon arrival in Malaysia Firstly esimdid not work. Offline all the time. After my experiments to get it started I desperately contacted the helpdesk. The chatbot started giving some hints without succes. Julia took over and after a very long chat ,sending screenshots of my phone and its hidden managers she discovered the problem by guiding me through the proces. Her input was a succes, finally connected.

Julia on the help desk was fantastic, kept coming up with suggestions until we got it sorted - exactly the kind of online help you hope for.

I was having trouble to migrate to the new plan. Julia from customer service was super helpful. I gave her limited information and she was able to understand exactly where i was coming from and provided me detailed instruction on how to achieve that. There was a hiccup but she was able to resolve it with internal team within 30 mins. Very great and friendly customer service! Firsty was also very reliable too, like the services and ideas

I really like Firsty!!! It’s for real free!
The only downside is the network speed (only for Firsty Free), cause it’s 1mbps. It’s stil enough for daily tasks online, but maybe up to 2mbps would be nice! And plss, the daily maximun data is a bit tiny. 100MB extra to the limit would be a really good upgrade! Maybe for when Firsty reaches 1,5M users! As a gift.

But beside the speed and data limits, ITS STILL FREE GUYS! The ads are nice! You get 20MB data for 1 short ad, it’s around 15-30sec.

FOR THE DEVS!
Maybe a data usage page on the app, where you can track the usage of the day, week and month. The app is sooo nice! The app itself does not have ads! Like ads on the boddom!!!! That’s super nice!

Ma esim firsty n'a jamais fonctionné en arrivant à Osaka à 22h
J'ai du prendre en urgence une esim Airalo ( pour 7850 yens soit environ 50 euros) qui elle, fonctionne parfaitement et m'a sauvé pour trouver mon hôtel à Kyoto car sans réseau, compliqué de trouver son chemin.
Aujourd'hui, je demande au SAV le remboursement de ce service non rendu et cette fameuse Julia si charmante avec les autres clients m'opposent un refus...
Je suis ravie d'avoir payé un service inutile et m'être retrouvée demunie sans reseau apres 14h de vol.( mais Julie dit qu'elle comprend ma frustration lol)
Conseil :Passez votre chemin et allez chez Airalo où vous etes surs que le service payé est reellement rendu.

I used Firsty while traveling in Morocco, and overall I really liked the experience. The unlimited data prices are great!

August 8th i made a 1 day plan purchase and i wasn’t able to use it due to how slow it was (it was slower than the free plan), apparently the app mistook that i “used all my 5GB high speed” and the Support Team @Julia was able to fix it and reset my time back to 24 hours! she has been much help the past 2 days, fixing my issues, and being professional!

she was so kind that she added back the 24 hours i paid for, the 8th august for free (no charge) which was very kind of her, this is 100% the reason why i use this app, because of their amazing understanding customer support who won’t just say “sorry we can’t do that”, you guys definitely deserve my 5 stars,

I had problems while installing my eSIM (I am not a technical expert so it was my fault) and I reached out to Firsty for help. A kind woman named Julia helped me to get the eSIM installed. I really want to point her service out here: she is super friendly, replies very fast and is very competent - she knows what she is doing! Everything is working now amazingly. Give this woman a pay raise!!! ☺️

It’s back to working the reason why I am giving it three out of five is because it wasn’t working for a week

Ich hatte im Urlaub Probleme mit meiner eSIM. Es hat insgesamt zwar etwas gedauert, aber am Ende hat alles funktioniert. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und die Reaktionen/ Antworten erfolgten immer umgehend.

Free data, quite cheap if you want more. Great app!
