Hassle-free experience - highly delighted!
Based upon my recent experience, I cannot rate First Luggage highly enough. Owing to the pandemic I had to arrange for my daughter's belongings to be shipped back from Paris to London. I was dealt with by Marcus at First Luggage, who was polite, helpful and informative throughout (as was one of his colleagues, to whom I also spoke). The consignment was collected on time in Paris and was delivered to our house a few minutes earlier than scheduled. All in all, this was a hassle-free experience and I would definitely use First Luggage again, should the need arise.

I have used First Luggage for London to NYC and vice versa unaccompanied luggage requirements about five times over the last year. Each time the service has been impeccable and faultless. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! The woman on the phone was very helpful to book. A man from Fedex came to pick up my two suitcases on monday late afternoon and they arrived wednesday very early without a problem

The booking was easy to do, collection came on time and everything was delivered the next day and we were kept up to date with the tracking.

Really good service
Really good service! Even when I had problems with the pick-up firstluggage simply offered to reschedule. After that everything was handled very efficient and my luggage was sent out of China within a week! Still impressed and would definitely recommend firstluggage.
