Wr rated our service to the childrens museum 5 stars because our bus driver was on time, helpful and professional. we made several attempts to book a competitor for the same trip but after several exchanges with them, they still could not get our drop off location correct. they even sent one of their buses and their driver said we would still be charged even though we never officially booked. first student got it right the first time. we plan to use them for future trips. this was through the princeton bus location near west chester, ohio

1 bus driver excellent, 2 were late
While one of the bus drivers was amazing and on time (Devin), the other 2 buses showed up 30 mins late and left me with a line of 75 people in the extreme heat during the first shift.

First Charter provided us a great experience!
First Charter was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. Our wedding guests appreciated having bus service after a fun evening of drinking and dancing. We appreicated the great service and wouldn't hesitiate to use them again!!

I would never use again!
The company communication with the local vendor was terrible. The bus driver got lost and require the assistance of one of the passengers to find the venue on the way to the wedding and on the way home drove all over the city trying to find the hotel.

The unexpected 😲
The trip was nice, the driver was nice. However, our bus broke down and it took approximately 35 minutes before we were on our way. This happened on our return trip so we had a bus load of kiddos to entertain. The kids enjoyed it.
