We recently went to Edinburgh store and had outstanding customer service from one of the staff members, Nadine. She went above and beyond to help us and couldn't have done any more. She is a credit to have working for Finesterre and made such an effort with us that we'd definitely go back.
Extremely slow refund process
Extremely slow refund process. I’m still waiting for my refund weeks after sending it back.
Fault rectification, no quibble.
A rain jacket developed a fault too early in its life and Finisterre were happy to exchange it. The whole process was amicable, simple and quick. What's more I can rest assured that the faulty item has been entered into their recycling scheme. A great company walking the ethical talk.

Excellent Customer Service
I returned a damaged item and wished to re-order a replacement at the same time but was concerned about the cost as the original item had a discount code applied. Becky at Finisterre was brilliant, she despatched the new one for me same day delivery for free and invoiced me applying a further discount code and an additional discount for the inconvenience. I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered - credit to Finisterre

EXCELLENT customer service
When I emailed Finisterre about a faulty jacket, they responded within 5 minutes. Having sent them photos of the item, within a week I had received a replacement jacket, free of charge. The team at customer services were at all times polite, friendly and helpful - if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Ordered a bag with wrong address
I ordered a new bag over a bank holiday weekend and realised I’d missed my house number off the address. Completely my over sight.
I emailed to ask if this could be updated but due to the team being off for the bank holiday weekend it was dispatched too soon.
Annoying but I can hardly be angry at it being dispatched too quickly to fix my mistake. And I was able to divert it with Royal Mail so all was good.
The team via the email was friendly and really quick to reply. Definitely makes me keen to order again in the future

Excellent customer service, both in store in Bristol and online! My jumper shrunk in the wash, despite carefully following the care labels. The Finisterre CS team were super helpful and offered an appropriate solution. Love Finisterre snd their products never disappoint! Though care labels for wool items need to be reviewed.
Simple efficiency
Charming American chap in the St Agnes store dealt with my request for a physical gift card (rather than an emailed one which I loathe and are so impersonal). He could not have been more efficient or pleasant. All dealt with in about 3 minutes!

I really like everything about Finisterre, I recently bought the Morva jumpsuit, I love it. I had a minor issue. When I emailed, it was resolved really quickly and easily, the customer service team are brilliant. I highly recommend this company for so many reasons.
Excellent customer service
I bought a brilliant rain jacket from Finisterre (the Rainbird) but after a couple of years the lining started to come away. I took it into my local Finisterre shop (Cambridge) to see if it could be repaired using the Finisterre repair service. The staff in store were very helpful and advised me to contact customer service. I did, and the customer service team were brilliant. They were very responsive and offered me a full refund or return. I chose a new jacket and it arrived super quickly. Fantastic customer experience, as I have come to expect from Finisterre, but this exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much to the team, and keep up the great work!

Replacement for a faulty Rainbird jacket
I sent an email asking whether the level of wear my Rainbird jacket was normal for a 4yr old model. The customer service team immediately got back to me and said that, as a company who pride themselves on sustainability and longevity, it was not acceptable. I was offered a full refund or a replacement jacket from the new range. I sent the email on a Monday evening, had a response the next morning telling me how to return the jacket ( very easy) and I received the new jacket on Wednesday, this was extraordinary customer service. It is so nice to find a company that honours their own business model and puts their customers first. Thank you Finisterre.
