Very smooth and professional service from Hardy in booking a 3 night trip to Krakow for 2 persons. This was all done through WhatsApp - he was courteous, efficient in providing information and responding to queries and was very willing to find alternative flights and add-on options to meet our needs. I felt confident making the booking with Hardy and very much appreciate his high quality service.
Will definitely be using this company again!

We have booked our holiday with Hardy, he is very helpful and gave us excellent service. Thank you so much

Nikki was very helpful in finding the best deal for me and my family. As there are 6 of us it was a challenge. Very knowledgeable about the hotel and transportation. Very quick response to any questions. Would definitely use again

Hazel was excellency personified. I gave her a long list of things i wanted in my trip and within 10 mins she had what i was looking for. However, unknown to me at the time my wife had already booked for us. So, even though Hazel worked wonders. We didn't actually book the trip she found. But I'll definitely be using this service again.
Thank you Hazel x
