findmytrip.uk Omdömen

I have just booked a short break with findmytrip uk and it has been such an easy process. Hardy has been so helpful and gone the extra mile when I have had any issues, resolving any problems to ensure everything is as I wanted it to be. Now just to wait for the trip date to come around. Thank you Hardy

Love this company. I have been chatting with Lilly. I think she actually listened to what my requirements have been. Sensible pricing all really good. Thankyou

Very quick response, The questions I was going to ask was already explained/ answered in the first correspondence.
Excellent service.

I recently booked a Kraków trip through FindMyTrip and dealt directly with Olivia – and I have to say, the service was spot on.

From the first enquiry, Olivia was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I had a few changes along the way – including adjusting dates, flight times, and even considering different departure airports – and nothing was too much trouble. She turned everything around quickly and kept things simple, which is exactly what you want when booking a trip.

What stood out was her patience and flexibility. She worked through multiple options, clearly explained everything, and made sure the final package actually suited us – not just what was easiest to sell.

Booking, payment, and confirmation were all smooth, and communication was consistent throughout. No chasing, no confusion – just handled properly.

If you’re looking to book and want someone who actually takes ownership and gets things done, ask for Olivia.

Highly recommended.

Hardy was so patient and informative. Still not booked yet though xx

Olivia is just great!!! I had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process of communication from enquiry ending up to the final booking. Furthermore, Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that we even checked in for our flights a day before. The customer service is phenomenal and I would recommend anyone that is looking to book a holiday to contact them if you want a smooth and effortless experience.

Excellent service start to finish

I asked Lilly to find me a trip based on certain dates. She came straight back with some options and even looked for hotels further afield that supplied the twin bed rooms we requested. Nothing was too much trouble - very pleased with my booking

I've not been the easiest of clients ie budget wise and location but Olivia bless her did a fantastic job finding me my perfect holiday updating me on a daily basis truly a great service

Olivia was really helpful with all the information and explaining what the holiday package was about.

Just back from Krakow. Had a great time. Everything was sorted for us, flight, rooms and trip. All for a very good price. Kept informed all the time, can't fault the service. Will definitely use you again when planning a trip abroad, thanks so much
