Pour nous, tout était parfait !
Voiture réservée via "sunny cars" (TUI). Prise de possession à l'aéroport et remise à la gare de Naples.
La voiture était presque neuve (5.500km) en parfait état et très confortable.

I rented a 7 seater car from Naples…
I rented a 7 seater car from Naples airport, I rent a car every year with different companies this year I tried Filorent as deposit was only €800,
On pickup at airport was easy, then went to collect my car it was so easy and quick, lady was very nice at the desk, then my car arrived which was brand new no marks in perfect condition.
I'm the last 10 years of hiring car every year in Italy this was by far the best quick easy and not getting sold or asked any different to what I had read and online or booked,
On return the gentleman was amazing as well, no waiting about came out and checked the car signed some paper work and on the shuttle bus that was waiting,
You can walk it in 10minute or wait for the shuttle, over all 10/10, would 100% would use this company again! Was amazing

Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie. Ils ne se trouvent pas à l’aéroport et les indications n’étaient pas fournies pour que nous puissions retrouver la navette. Après de longues minutes d’attente et des difficultés à repérer la navette en question, nous arrivons au bureau de location. Les employés sont apparemment sympathiques et nous fournissent des explications extensives sur la caution à remettre qui nous sera rendue en fin de location. À notre retour, l’accueil est glacial et désagréable, nous sommes renvoyés très rapidement sans pouvoir poser de questions. Et nous ne reverrons jamais cette fameuse caution qui s’avère en réalité être une taxe faite en cas de paiement par carte de débit (alors que j’ai proposé de payer en carte de crédit et qu’il m’a été garanti à l’oral que cela n’engendrait aucune différence de frais) Les employés se sont montrés malhonnêtes et peu clairs pour nous tromper, et deviennent carrément agressifs lorsque confrontés à leurs actions. ÉVITEZ CETTE ARNAQUE A TOUT PRIX !

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. The shuttle instructions are provided with the booking confirmation, and we regret any inconvenience you experienced in locating it.
We would like to clarify that the security deposit is a refundable amount held as a guarantee and is released after the vehicle is returned, within the timeframes specified by your payment provider. Any surcharge applied for rentals without a valid credit card is not a security deposit and is therefore non-refundable. This fee is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of booking and again at vehicle collection.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle carefully before leaving and to report any discrepancies immediately so they can be verified and documented.
We remain committed to ensuring a transparent and fair rental process for all our customers and are always available to review any concerns through our Customer Service team.
Avoid
The car wasn’t washed when we picked it up in Brindisi , it was very dirty disguising the many scratches & dents . The petrol tank was only 3/4 full . When we returned it we were told to pay for multiple scratches on the rear bumper however our photos showed those scratches matched exactly those on the front of the car .. was this deliberate? I think so . Fortunately our photos showed they had made ‘an error’ by not including this damage . We also returned it with more petrol as hard to get it exact at 3/4 full . Please avoid this company as it will happen to you .
