Great fiio retailer
This is the second time I buy anything from fiio.eu, and just like the first time I'm very happy with the experience.
In both cases my orders were shipped in less than 24 hours, and when using express delivery I had the products in my hands less than 36 hours after the payment went through. The packages were packed really well and protected during transit.
I also had a chance to contact support to sort out some issues with my order, and the responses were super quick (less than an hour after each email I had a response) and to the point.
5/5, will use fiio.eu again!

Some of the best customer support I have had. There was a slight issue with my order which was dealt with swiftly and professionally. 'Edited for transparency' I did receive my purchase later than planned but was refunded the amount for the mistake. Hence the 5 star award not just for what I ordered but the great customer service.. Thanks John.

I ordered a pair of headphones and everything went ok until delivery. I got the headphones but after a couple of days I noticed that the right ear cup was almost about to fall off. The screws were super loose and was almost at the point of falling out by them selves. Both the screws holding the cup to the fork and the fork to the headband. All three screws.
I contacted Fiio.eu and asked them about this and if the screws were supposed to have some kind of loctite or something.
They never even bothered to answer... Luckily I had some small fiddly electronic tools so I could fix it by my self but I really shouldn't have to after a couple of days use.

They eventually reached out and tried to help me fix the issue. So kudos to them for trying. The headphones them selves are great.

Horrible custermer service
I ordered a DAC from Fiio.eu with DHL Express shipping, which promised delivery within 1–3 days. I even paid €20 for this expedited service. However, six days later, the package is still not in my country, and the courier isn't even DHL.
When I contacted customer service, they initially checked the order and claimed the package had already been delivered. They sent me a DHL tracking link, but the link showed a package delivered to another country 17 days before I placed my order. When I pointed this out, they stopped responding for an hour and then simply repeated that the package had been delivered. When I pressed further, they instructed me to send an email.
The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of accountability, slow response times, and refusal to properly address the issue reflect extremely poor customer service. I’m deeply disappointed and still waiting for a resolution.
