The FiiO DM13 CD player is an excellent product that plays my many old CDs with great quality. Unfortunately, the cap holder on the first one I received was broken. I contacted customer service and they emailed me a return label. Just a few days later, I received a replacement. The second player is flawless and works perfectly.

Headphone Cables Warranty
2nd warranty claim, this time for headphone cables that started having the usual disconnection problem as the wire gets damaged, and they sent me a new set of cables. Took about 2 months to send as they were missing stock and had to wait, but understandable considering I was only asking for an accessory, and no issues.

This is the best store to get fiio products in Europe. The shipment wasn't fast due the holiday season my parcel was lost by the shipping company but the customer service was very helpful and helped me solve my problems even outside the opening hours (very grateful for that).
It's a great store and I will definitely order again from them. The only drawback is that it's hard to contact them through email but the chat on the website was the fastest response I have ever seen. The best fiio store in Europe!

Good product, subpar packaging.
I bought the Fiio FT1, they're comfortable, sound nice and seem to be decent quality despite being lightweight, no complaints with the actual product.
Packaging was subpar, literally just the box for the headphones hastily wrapped in some kind of loose plastic wrap, somehow the box was perfectly fine but I probably just got lucky with the people handling my package, can't imagine this would be good if the employees get rough in any way.

Laughing behind your back - kind of vibe.
The customer support was slow to respond, shared misinformation and confusion. The packaging of delicate hifi equipment should be of great importance (if one even cares about delivering goods as they were intented to be sold by the manufacturer).
The product arrived with dent box. Luckily the point of dent missed the product!
As for the customer support: After 3 unanswered e-mails I reach out to them over in-browser chat. (Trying to find info about my order status).
Person asked me order ID, then told me "You made a mistake", " We are closed".
I answered: "When are you open?"
(...) No response*
*Searched Google Maps for the company in Bulgaria; "The company is permanently closed".
I called them on the phone and the guy asked me my order number. They (in confusion) he asked me if I made my order thru the official Fiio site. I said "yes". Then he said "write an e-mail". I asked him: "What is your e-mail?", "Use the form on the site" - he responded. I was like (in my mind) "Ok I just wrote 3 e-mail last week"... " Ok, goodbye"
I wrote another e-mail.
Got an answer about my order.
Got the product.
The whole experience was scam-like.
How can this company improve?
Hard question.
It would take a miracle to do it.

Ordered Snowsky Echo Mini and the…
Ordered Snowsky Echo Mini and the player would not play flac files, run 256gb memory card, crash frequently and was overall extremely slow(around a minute wait time of complete silence when playing a song from a memory card). I've owned many cheaper DAPs, including the fantastic fiio x1 and sansa clip, but compared to other players of it's price range or even to sansa clip and over 10 year old x1, this one is basically unusable unless you only use mp3 songs.
I asked for a refund and the refund terms were completely against EU regulations, requiring me to get the most expensive shipping with tracking (despite their tracking not working at all and taking over 3 weeks to arrive), pay 20% restostocking fee and have a flawless condition box to ship it back to them with. Very untrustworthy site, and I reccomend you avoid them at all costs. If you need any reason as to why, open up their returns policy and EU legislation and compare them.
Took off a star because the replies to this review are very confrontational and unproffessional.

I recently purchased the Fiio JM21 from fiio.eu and have been thoroughly pleased with both the product and service. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate.

Brilliant Delivery.
It delivered next day after I placed the order. Everything went very smooth. In comparison, with AliExpress I going back and forth with no results for a lost order. I have such bad experience with AliExpress so all my shopping from now one will be from that shop in Europe. I am busy man and cannot go back and forth and spend so much time and energy buying from places that have no accountability.
