Do not order - I ordered in May and like others I’m still waiting fit the goods, avoid at all costs

Wish I’d never bothered - Facebook should be held to account for advert this company. Disgraceful

I recently entered into a contract for you to supply a........ after I ordered it on online.

In accordance with my rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, I would like to cancel the contract. This is because you took my order and my money over 6 weeks ago and have failed to supply updated information as to the goods tracking whereabouts since (date) .
I require written confirmation from you that the contract has indeed been cancelled and that full payment will be refunded immediately on this order.

My swimsuit finally arrived more than a month after I purchased it and long after the holiday I bought it for. It cost me over £27. The fabric was so thin it was practically see-through. Really cheap and nasty and nothing like the glossy ad. I emailed the contact address to ask for a refund. First of all they denied it was theirs. Then they offered me a partial refund of £5, then £7, then £11. They said I wouldn't be able to afford the shipping if I returned it (without providing a returns address). Then implied I was rude. Now they're just refusing to answer my emails. Avoid at all costs!

I hope you read the reviews before you make a mistake and purchase from this website. Complete scam. Items don’t arrive. Zero communication other than AI generated rubbish. AVOID!

I would give no stars if that were an option. Ordered 2 months ago. No information since June 10th. This is a scam. Paid by debit card. Lost my money.

finally received swimsuit not as expected can't find how to return it

I'm in the same situation I had plenty of tracking info when in US.
It's been in Edinburgh since 10th June, they keep telling me to be patient.
I googled the UK address and its just a random street, I've asked for a refund but nothing.
How long do I have to be patient it's been months now, for goodness sake.
Looking at all the other reviews they just use random addresses all over the UK.

Scam, received no item. Bought two as I thought they would look nice.
Tracked from America then never arrived.
Two months in I still don't have them and are being put off by cus services.
Waste of money 💰

Exactly the same experience as others re ordering swimsuit on Facebook. Plenty of tracking from USA until uk and now in Birmingham with no further updates since 11 June. All queries answered with message saying they will try and find out more info.

SCAMMERS take your money but don’t send the item. Tracking emails being sent from US but I’m in UK ended up according to them in London but I don’t live anywhere near here. Luckily I paid via Klarma so have been able to stop payment.

Only giving a star because I have to. Same issue for me, swimming costume off of a Facebook ad. Ordered 2 months ago and status hasn’t been updated for 2 weeks. Contact via email is replied to but just more lies about how they ‘have anxiety’ too about its delivery!
Requested a refund via PayPal. That’s probably the scam.

SCAM!! I ordered a swimsuit I saw on Facebook. I thought I'd researched the company properly before buying, but obviously not. I received lots of tracking notices over a 2 month period showing that the item had been dispatched from USA, gone through customs etc, so it continued to look legit for a while. Then it apparently arrived in Edinburgh and everything stopped.

Same experience as others - ordered from Facebook ad - tracking website is also fake, penny dropped when it said item arrived in London but gave an Aberdeen postcode! When I reviewed the order the money that came out of PayPal was more than the invoice said. Claimed money back from PayPal. Can’t believe I fell for it.

No stars! Very disappointed.. also been scammed and ordered said swimsuit as others. 6 weeks of waiting… 2weeks of no updates on tracking. Emailed few times now nothing. How do I get my money back??

Wish i had read the reviews. I too ordered a swimsuit 6 weeks ago and it is.still.not delivered. I am being told the same as others, ie its in transit and the delivery company haven't updated their status. All rubbish info. I have raised a dispute with my card company as believe its a scam..do NOT use this site.

Am putting one star as you have to put something down in order to write the review - but actually it deserves no stars. Ordered the swimming costume two months ago but hasn’t arrived - as with the others, tracking has mysteriously stopped! Wish I’d read the reviews first - clearly a scam. Not going to let them get away with it though .. useful having a lawyer husband …

Items don’t arrive!
They just keep replying it’s still in transit.website states:
“Delivery time: 2-7 days, shipping time: 7-15days”
I’ve been waiting 44 days and still no sign!

Scammer.
You order a product that doesn't exist
they keep the money
your review them of trust pilot, but they don't exist
but they keep the real money

Avoid - SCAMMERS. I ordered a swimming costume after seeing an advert on Facebook. Seven weeks later, it hasn't arrived and tracking has not been updated for two weeks. AI generated responses to emails to customer service which don't answer any questions. Complete scam. Same item can actually be ordered on Amazon. Please don't fall for this scam like I did.
