Ordered two bras adhering to the recommended size guide but when they arrived they were far too small. Could not find returns policy to get a refund.

Horrible horrible company.

I ordered a swimming costume omn July and have not received yet.

I have complaint to the customer centre and they told me to pay extra shipping fee for get replace item. Why??

And I have complain via paypal and they made a fake tracking number and told me '' urgent shipping ''. Then a week later, not received it yet.

And they told me that wrong address.
What wrong with them.

Please please do not buy anything from them.

I wish I had looked at reviews too. Item arrived but was a poor fit (a swimsuit that was short in the body). I asked to return it and get a refund and they said delivery costs would cost me too much and they would give me £3 refund. The item was £21.99! Not only that but they took almost £5 more than my order said! Emails are going back and forth but don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Took 2 months for the item to arrive. Was told incorrect tracking information initially. Item is ok quality but expected better for the price. Fit is a bit snug and would size up if I thought returns wouldn't be able absolute nightmare. Will just keep and never shop there again

I ordered a medium swimsuit as per the size guide for me. It arrived, not particularly quickly, but didn't fit. I emailed and messaged the customer support to ask about returning this, but after countless messages and emails, I have had no response. Dreadful company with terrible customer service.

Like many others who left reviews here I wish I'd seen the reviews before I bought.
Unfortunately, I didn't.
I ordered a number of 'swim suits' which look like a top and shorts but which are made of swimwear fabric so they can get wet. They advertise that the top has a built-in bra and videos show it is supportive and true to bra sizes. It is not. The shorts have pants but they were too small. I also ordered two non-wired bras and a hat with a wide bill (or lip), which turned out to be unusable, as you can't see out of the sides.
Having used Fieldo Faith's own sizing guide I ordered the equivalent of my UK dress size for the swim clothes and their equivalent of my bra size. However when the clothes came they were all clearly too small. It's also not very good quality fabric, nor were the bras very supportive.
I contacted them as their website states that they will take returns. (I sent them a screen capture of this statement). We then entered a long and tedious back-and-forth by email akin to hostage negotiations.
They would not take the goods back or give me a returns address but first suggested I give the items to a friend. How does that help me? I'm over £50 out of pocket! I said I wanted my money back. Then they offered me £2 back. £2!! 3% of what I paid. I refused. I then was offered £13, and eventually £20. When I said I still refused they gave me the return address in China* but said that postage is at my expense and risk, and I felt that if I returned the items that way I would not get any money back, and would be further out of pocket. So I the end I took the £20.
* their ad and address they ship from makes it look like they are operating from the U.S. but having corresponded with them they are clearly in China.

DO NOT BUY!

I'm experiencing same thing. It took quite a while for my order to arrive. Products are low quality and doesn't fit well. I want to return but all they say is that shipping cost is too expensive and keep offering compensation instead of returning the item. DO NOT BUY!

A REAL shame that 0 stars is not an option! Ordered items in July, eventually arrived at the end of August. Quality atrocious! Every few days I was getting a "tracking" email, saying the package was leaving USA, arriving in UK, going to a housing estate in Cardiff (completely the wrong side of the country!) Eventually arrived with an address from the Midlands, stuck over a label that was very obviously from China. Avoid this company!!!

The items are not the same as the descriptions and photos. It is not possible to return anything, they just offer compensation rather than a refund. This doesn't work when you don't want the items!
They are registered in the UK but do not abide by UK law, PLEASE AVOID!!

Items arrived in Belfast, tracking ends. Ordered 24th June.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Swimsuit arrive very late, bogus tracking number that that's not reflect real status. Fit was way off, bad quality, even worse was the customer's service. Will not accept return & refund, loads of excuses. It is company like this that gives China a bad name. I have bought from other China sellers previously, this company is by far the worse I've ever come across.

Would give 0 stars if I could - paid through PayPal, as others have said, initial tracking got to UK then just never turned up, I reported to PayPal and they then sent different tracking info showing they sent items from China AFTER PayPal contacted them. When these items arrived, 1 swimsuit was missing and the fit was wildly disparate and quality not good. I asked for a refund and they sent me a return address and promised a refund on return of the goods. I spent £31 on return postage having copied and pasted the address they gave, and the tracking is now showing as "incorrect address, returned to sender". Have been keeping PayPal updated in hopes it will get resolved, but I am currently £110 out of pocket due to this awful scam company - DO NOT BUY

Just got my order after finding on FB. All reviews sounded great.
3 weeks to arrive. Two different sizes. Awful fit... absolute waste of money and I ordered 2. So disappointed might aswell have burnt money.... DO NOT BUY .....

All of the below. Sizing not as described and took ages to arrive. Can get anywhere with the return. No paperwork or barcode. I was offered £3 which I’ve chosen to ignore. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Never again

Similar to others, bought a swimsuit, didn’t fit, awful quality, no shape, weird email responses when I requested to refund, they offered me GBP 2!! I’m still trying without any luck, clearly not English company, scammers.

I’ve never experienced anything like this company. Emails are returned undelivered when attempting to return a swimsuit. AVOID

The advertising promised so much, but the ‘swimsuit’ took over a month to arrive, and it was too small. I am still trying to get a return address, but they have not provided one, and are now saying ‘I got what I ordered’ and offering no return, no refund. It is not a UK company as the address suggests.

STEER CLEAR! The worst experience I've had with a clothing company bar none. I ordered 4 swimsuits to try on 18th May 2024. Their website said their address was in Cardiff so I wasn't expecting it to take long to arrive (I live in Bristol). I paid later via Klarna and was surprised that they hadn't reached me before the payment due date. The tracking details said they were coming from the US, but the tracking stopped updating when it got to Dublin. I messaged them multiple times asking where the package was, and eventually asking for a full refund as it wouldn't arrive before my holiday. Each time they sent a stupid response saying that I should be patient as it will come soon. I received the package on 26th July 2024 - too late. I have messaged them again to try and return to get a refund, and I have initiated a refund request / complaint with Klarna, so I hope I will eventually get my money back. If not, that's £70 down the drain. NOT happy.

I’m having great difficulty with this company also.
I ordered a swimsuit believing it was from a reputable company , but sadly it’s not.
I have been in communications with them and over lots of emails, I getting nowhere.
The swimsuit I ordered believing it to be 16-18 size would struggle to fit a 12-14 size.
I asked to send it back for a bigger size, and have been thwarted every time.
Last email said I should gift it to someone else and they would refund me£2.00 😡😡😡
Seriously what reputable good company would do this.
I want a full refund but think I have no change of getting it so will ask my bank to refund me.
So leaving this review to avoid their company at all costs

I haven't received my products from @fieldo-faith.co.uk I've come to the review page to see the history of customers and their experiences it's not looking good. @tradingstandards.
