I placed an order with Fiedo-Faith on 31st May, but I still haven’t received any tracking information. I also requested a size change, but nothing has been done so far. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to check the website for updates, but it now says the site doesn’t exist. Very disappointing experience so far.

Took about five to six weeks to arrive. Size is not right, smaller than the guide size. Material is okay for sunny weather but definitely not swimwear material, flimsy. The padding in the bra top is worst, and if you bought the light coloured design, everything will show, might as well go nude.

If i could give zero stars i would. I bought this swimsuit online as i presumed it was a uk company and delivery would be fast!! Much to my surprise it is not a uk co but is supposedly based in the USA, but who knows as i still havn't received my order which was placed on 2 May. Latest update is the company can't find my order which, according to the tracking no is in Newbridge in a delivery centre since 30 May??? They are resending the order from CHINA!! its a scam company folks!

Scam!! Get over changed and then product doesn’t arrive. Do not use them!!

Ordered item in April and still waiting. Tracking the item from USA which arrived in UK 19th May still nt received. They sent another tracking number which told me it had only just left CHINA!!!! Asked for a refund and still nothing.

SCAMMERS ordered 3 pairs of pants which cost me roughly around £40. They were all poor quality and looked nothing like they did in photos. Ordered size 12 and they looked like a 14-16. They don’t give their return address and offered me £4 compensation instead of a full refund. Don’t buy from here!

I ordered a product which was faulty on arrival. Refused to replace or refund item. Offered me £4 compensation and I could keep product. Item was £19. Asked again for a replacement as faulty item and why would I want to keep it?? Offered £4 again and I could keep item. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, completely useless, I ordered a blouse at end of march, they sent tracking info, followed it all around America, ended up in Birmingham, England. Company told me problems due to Trumps tariffs. Have requested refund, but getting ignored. Deliver company are crap as well. Ordered on 2/4/2025 it’s now the middle of May. Everytime I email, I get a different excuse. Awful company, awful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save your time and money, such a disappointing experience.DID NOT DESERVE 1 STAR, BUT COULD NOT GET A REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT WITHOUT IT. if I could give minus stars I would. Worst company I have ever used in all my life. Not to be trusted, useless, useless, useless.

I ordered 2 items of clothing , both were of cheap quality. When requested a returns label and refund , they do not want to support this. They DO NOT deserve custom. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company or scam people!!!

Bought a shaver that says no nicks or cuts. First time using it and it cuts me and it's been sore for 2 days nows. Says the shaver can be used on the bikini line but after being cut on my armpits, I dought im gona use it any where else. The lid that go on either ends of the shaver was loose.
The charging port was exposed even tho it says it can be used in water. But I can't trust doing this as normally the charging port is protected by silicone.

Order an item was more expensive at the checkout then it has took ages to arrive and it’s nothing like what the pictures had described what a waste of money and time stay clear of this site it’s a waste you don’t get what you buy

Something does not seem right!

Ordered wall lettering. Charged more at checkout, enquired when item never arrived and they said it had been delivered. Gave me wrong tracking number first, then second tracking number showed item delivered to THE NEXT TOWN as confirmed by local sorting office. Fobbing me off because they maintained the item was delivered and that I was lying! Demanded proof of where they sent my item and only then did they give me a refund. AVOID!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!

I NEVER received my goods. Over 30 emails have been sent backwards and forwards now and I STILL don't have my money back!! They send you false tracking information and claim your parcel was delivered by Royal Mail when the tracking isn't from Royal Mail. This company is a SCAM avoid at all costs!

Avoid I bought some mantel holders for a garland in November didn’t receive to after Xmas total disappointed as they said heavy duty mantelpiece holders absolutely rubbish and they are not helping one bit with queries on the items cost me £20 with delivery they offered £2 compensation please look elsewhere

Wish i seen the reviews first. I ordered a docking charger that lights up for my daughter, last update i recieved was it has arrived in the uk.after contacting them asking where it was they say it was delivered funnily enough the exact same day it supposedly arrived in the uk( only 1hr later) absolute joke, not happy.

Charged more when checked my payment for the 3 speakers I purchased . When i finally received the itens they do not work and are clearly fake . In communication with them via their support email . But im not holding my breath :(

Scam site. Charged £10 more when I checked my bank and items never arrived.
