Auto mag niet bij de caravan staan. Inchecken duurde lang.
Toiletten en de mogelijkheid van het kopen van wat eten was oke.

It is a really nice tent and concept that makes camping at a festival very easy, however when getting there it was just a lot of waiting around -- first to get into the camping field, then to check in and then we waited to be brought to our tent. It was just a bit frustrating when there's acts on at the festival we wanted to see and missed them because we were checking into our tent when they could just give you the number of your tent.

Zeer goede veldbedden en goede matras was altijd goed uit gerust en zonder rugpijn was wel een beetje duur maar was het zeker waard

Zoals ik ondertussen natuurlijk al weet na zoveel jaren.....altijd vriendelijk personeel.
Je wordt direct geholpen, niets is teveel gevraagd.
En de tent zelf....perfect in orde.

We arrived at the camp at 23:00, on the website it says the check in would be possible around the clock. Nobody was there at the reception tent. A staff member from the festival tried then to contact the festitent organisation for hours, we also tried to call the number written on the sign in front of the reception but it wouldn't even ring. At 1:30 two guys, a woman called Anuk from Belgium, completely wasted like she couldn't even properly stand straight, and a man arrive. They said they didn't have the check in device with them because it was in the other camp (40 mins walk) so we waited again while the guy goes to take it and the woman waits with us trying to make conversation because we were visibile pissed. She tried to help then another guy build his tent and falled because of how wasted she was, everyone present laughing over her. It was a really unpleasant situation considering we paid 500€ for the experience and had to wait more than 3 hours in the cold, dark, rain while carrying all of our bags and while being two women alone.

Wir haben uns wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wie in den letzen zwei Jahren auch, war alles wieder top organisiert. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Great experience, super helpful staff. Tent was perfectly ready upon arrival and waterproof. We really liked our spot and will definitely use festiTent again!
