Everything was ready when we got there and the workers are very friendly.

It was a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend it.

I’m giving 3 stars only because I want to highlight one issue. Even though we booked two tents under the same reservation and emailed beforehand requesting to be placed next to each other, we were assigned tents about 100 meters apart.

We found another group of friends who were in the same situation, and they agreed to switch with us. However, the staff did not allow us to make the change. From my perspective, it seemed like a simple administrative adjustment (changing the names on the bookings or swapping tent numbers), and I was disappointed that no solution could be found.

Aside from this issue, everything else was great.

Can't complain so why give minus points. The tent was big enough and it was nice to have room for bags etc. The service was always friendly and we could get answers fast.

Minder stress doordat de tenten op voorhand goed zijn opgesteld op een plaats vlakbij de ingang. De tenten zijn ruim en netjes, matrassen en kussens zijn goed. Wij zouden het zo opnieuw doen !

Tent was zeer proper, goed en stevig opgezet, alleen jammer dat er geen black editions waren. Men kon altijd terecht bij de kiosk voor hulp en vragen

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with an organization like FestiTent. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong, and there was absolutely no accountability taken. The conditions were unacceptable, especially considering the high price paid. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication and the apparent arrogance in ignoring customer complaints, as if responding is beneath you. It gives the impression that customers are simply being taken advantage of rather than treated fairly. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid FestiTent altogether.

The hygiene was really bad. The line was so crowded for shower. Very bad weather conditions but no one gave us an update. Also there wasnt any guide to our tent

Very easy and everything we needed! Comfortable mattresses, nice pillows, good sleeping bag and the tent was quite spacious! Perfect for 2 persons. The tent even survived the storm and we didn’t get even a little wet! Would recommend if you don’t have a lot of camping gear or don’t want to travel to the festival with al the material.

Het was heel erg fijn om in een kant en klare tent te verblijven.
De bedjes mogen wat harder gepompt worden en we hadden een leeg lampje maar al met al was het een erg fijn verblijf

Super vlotte ervaring. Geen gestruggle met de tent. Ik kreeg een ruime 2 persoonstent met een handig apart stuk voor men vuile schoenen/stoelen. Men tent was even kapot door een stukje in de rits en dit hebben ze heel snel komen oplossen. Top ervaring. Een aanrader

Everything was great, employees were friendly and helpful. The tent for 2 persons was good size and we were lucky with our tent in the shade! Only minus point was that we couldn’t really find the Festitent incheck area cause we were late in the evening and there weren’t any signs leading the way. So maybe some more signs would be an improvement. Besides that we were really happy with our Festitent experience!

Because I was flying to Pinkpop from Prague Czech Republic Festitent is a great way to save money and energy on bringing your equipement. Also as I was single traveler it saved me from having to build up the tent myself. The air matress is a great addition too. What was amazing about Pinkpop is the possibility to pay only for 1 person tent which saved me a lot of money too. In the end it turned out to be classic double tent so lots of space and comfort. Also one hugely important thing I learned about the Festitents already 10 years ago is that they can survive whatever storm and rains that comes their way. They are very safe and waterproof. The location of Festitent at the campsite was great, close to the main site with showers and supermarket. But unfortunately also close to the party tent so I advise bringing the earplugs. The staff was very kind and helpful too. The only thing that could be a bit improved was the cleanliness of the inside of the tent (especially the front tent). Overall a great experiance that I would happily choose again.
