The check in was really smooth, and the tent was perfect for me. The people from Festi tent were super friendly too.
On the first night I could not sleep because it was too cold and the sleeping bag was probably for higher temperatures. When I went to speak with the staff from Festi tent they gave me anther sleeping bag and I was finally able to sleep at night.
Good experience and I hope Festi tents come to many more festivals!

Across three nights in one of your so-called “tents”, I accumulated perhaps two hours of sleep in total. It was freezing to the point of absurdity (and yes, I was fully dressed inside a sleeping bag), the interior walls were dripping with condensation, and by 9 a.m. the air inside had become so stifling it was impossible to breathe, let alone rest.

No one goes camping expecting five-star luxury — but this wasn’t “spartan”, it was outright negligent. At a festival, sleep is not some frivolous luxury: it’s a basic requirement to enjoy the event. Your set-up made that impossible, and in doing so, you sabotaged not just my Draaimolen experience but my holiday as a whole.

In a sane world, I’d demand a full refund, but frankly, I can’t be bothered to waste any more time on you. Instead, I’ll offer a piece of free advice: stop treating your customers with such contempt. You might be surprised at how honesty and basic decency could actually benefit your business.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The tent was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, making for a great stay.

Condence was niet zo aangenaam maar voor de rest alles in orde.

Super handig om gewoon in te checken en meteen van het festival te kunnen genieten.
Een minpuntje was dat we vlak naar de generator mast lagen. Dus zowel snachts evenveel licht al overdag.
Maar voor de rest niets aan te merken!

Wat een comfort
Alles was tot in de puntjes georganiseerd. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en begeleiding. We zouden zeker en vast opnieuw met festiTent willen gaan feesten.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was great to have our tent ready for us.
The only thing that we would love to see differently is a bit more distance between the tents. Our tent was almost vibrating by the snores of our neighbours!

Great location near festival site. Clean functional tent and mattresses provided. Staff took care to check tent when I checked in and out. Deposit returned no problems when tent was left in the same condition it was found. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
