Ferris Wheel Press Omdömen

Originally wrote a review while being disappointed in the delayed shipping and then wrote specifically about the Shop App updates being the only redeeming quality…. Turns out, the shop app wasn’t holding up THEIR end of the deal. I think it was a day or 2 after reviewing without products in hand that they showed up and I realized that the app wasn’t consistent with the transit details. SO! I’m happy to rewrite this review! Shipping did take a little longer than expected but it seemed a lot worse than it had to be based on the lack of timely tracking details. Otherwise, the packing was secure, packaging is gorgeous, and the inks I ordered were beautiful. Now that I know what to expect, I’m happy to stick with ordering directly from the seller. Sorry about the mixup!

Great, conscientious support, fast shipping

Always a pleasure to shop with them. Been their customer for 3 years now.

Great customer support and the pen I received is a beautiful looking pen that writes with very clear lines. The ink flows well through the nib. I would recommend the bijou fountain pen.

Ferris Wheel offer a fantastic rewards programme. I exchanged them for the wrong value of gift card. Emailed their customer service department explaining my mistake and asking could they cancel the voucher so I could try again.
Within minutes I had a reply, my vouchers were cancelled and I was back shopping using the discounts I wanted!
Can't wait for my ink and pens to arrive!

My order arrived in a simple cardboard box, but the ink packaging itself was truly beautiful. Opening it felt special, with thoughtful design and a very elegant presentation. The ink is lovely, with a rich color and smooth flow in my fountain pen. You can really tell the company cares about the aesthetic and the experience of writing. Overall, I had a positive experience and would order from them again.

I personally love the story behind every ink and pen they create.

I enjoy using it for my daily videos.

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend all the products. Excellent designs and quality.

The question - what made my experience great? I truly believe the company cares! I received a bottle of shattered ink. There was no saving any drop. It was the easiest customer complaint I have ever done. I reported it, sent a picture, and the issue was resolved. No back and forth, no stress, just quality customer service

Every single item I order from Ferris Wheel Press is perfect. Beautifully packaged, and well made. I love giving their products as gifts to my writer friends because I know they will love the pens and inks! And I write with them every day.

Great customer service and beautiful inks, but the packaging could be better. One 10ml bottle arrived broken, and I later noticed the other had a crack on the bottom. Their customer service was excellent and quickly refunded the obviously damaged bottle. I transferred the second one into a new container, so it all worked out in the end.

Excellent customer service! A broken bottle was replaced immediately and with a smile. Well done!

Each Ferris Wheel ink is a delight to write with — and is packaged like a lovely gift!
The “dip” pen formulas are luminous — and reliable for a stack of envelopes. And tje fountain pen colors are a PARTY for daily use! 🎉

Customer service was very helpful and responsive. And the quality of products bought from fwp are all 10/10 would recommend.

The inks are beautiful, easy to use and unique. I use them as paint as well as with a dip pen and a fountain pen. All application results are amazing with your inks.

Nice inks, on time deliveries. Large verity. Not a fan of the pens but the inks are great. I love the point program as well, helps with the payment and of course encourages you to buy more

Dear Team, all I have to say is thank you!
Your products and service are top-notch. The website is easy to search, easy to understand, and the inks are stunning. There isn't a day that goes by without me interacting with your products. I have just made my nth purchase with you for the lightfast ink+eightfold fortune, I can't wait to receive them.
Thank you for the work you put into making shopping for, and using Ferris Wheel products such a joy to so many of us.

New review. Guess how those replacement bottles arrived? No proper packing whatsoever just two small glass bottles flying around in a giant box, and of course arrived completely smashed! The customer service representatives are still very kind and quick to respond, so im not rescinding my review of that, but this is ridiculous for something so blatantly incorrect to happen twice. I hope something is actually done about the fulfilment center packing these orders, but something tells me it won't.

The rewards section of the site barely functions. And while I love the whimsy of the site and the product packaging, several of the inks have been a let-down. I also wish that it said on the bottle the color of the ink somewhere, as the little bags and boxes the ink comes in quickly get lost or tossed.

Excellent products, carefully packaged and prompt customer support.
