Fenella Smith Omdömen 

I already have a studded black crossbody bag from Fenella Smith which I love. The only problem is it's now too small for all my stuff (it's 20cm long). I saw the same bag on the FS website and the measurements suggested that it is 24 cm long, so 4 cm longer than my one so I ordered it. I was disappointed to find that it's exactly the same size as my current one. I now have 2 the same! While I love the bag, it hasn't solved my problem of the bag being too small for all my stuff. :( That's why I've given the bag 4/5 instead of 5/5.

The process from start to finish - enquiry to receiving the products - was seamless and timely. This was even more impressive as it was an international order. The only shame was that many items I actually wanted were sold out; especially the dog collections in homeware.

Great merchandise quality that I ordered. Arrived as instructed.

Emma was so helpful when I contacted her for help after my suitcase was damaged by baggage handlers. A replacement wheel was sent out the same day and I was able to fit it myself easily. 10 out of 10 for after sales care - thank you !

Bought a pair of suitcases that were lovely quality but not the style that I like sadly.

Delivery was smooth and all went well, and returns process was straightforward and the team were super helpful and friendly.

Only negative is that returns are not free and due to the size of the package sending it back insured cost nearly £20!

Fenella Smith make the most beautiful quality pieces. I have received such good customer service from them following an accidental breakage of my dog treats jar, and me trying to find a replacement. They helped me find a replacement and to cut a long story short I ended up with a new jar and 4 matching mugs which I love. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve just had a wonderful customer experience with Emma. She was incredibly helpful when I had an issue with a damaged suitcase wheel on a recent Ryanair flight caused by the baggage handlers.
She went above and beyond and I now have a fully working repaired suitcase again.

I was gifted the beautiful green Luca laptop bag, for which I receive many compliments! However, over a year after I got the bag, one of the studs came off the handle. I contacted the company to see if they could help, and the customer service from Emma and Phoebe was excellent. They were prompt, kind and helpful, sending me replacement studs so I can have the bag repaired. I would definitely buy from the company again.
