I recently ordered a rebounder from FED Fitness to prepare for my New Year's resolution of exercising if only for 15 minutes a day. The rebounder was firmer than I had anticipated, which was upsetting for many reasons. To begin with, I bought that rebounder since it was smaller in size and would take up less room. Now, I had a new fitness equipment that I couldn't use taking up the limited space I had hoped to use for my daily 15 minute exercise. It put a damper on my New Year's resolution, or so I thought.
It was around 2 weeks later when I was contacted by the company asking about my experience with my purchase. That was unexpected, but in hindsight, a blessing. I explained my situation and was then contacted by another part of their team. At first, I admit, I was quite rude in my comments due to my frustration, but was still spoken to with much kindness and professionalism. The patience Wendy had towards me was quite remarkable, despite my sarcasm that she didn't deserve. It was then that I realized that this company really did care and wanted to find me a solution.
With each step, I was put in contact with different employees who were also quite extraordinary and professional. In the end, although my purchase did not work out for me, I am truly grateful to each and every one of them who made the process of a refund possible.
Had Ray never reached out, I would have just been an unhappy customer. Thank you Ray, Wendy, Lory, and Violet for making this process easy and possible!! This company does care about your fitness goals. Don't hesitate to contact them as I'm sure they will treat you with much respect as was my experience.

The representative was very nice. But it was obvious I needed the part. So just send the part. Don't ask if it's okay to send the part. They basically waited for me to confirm the obvious. Not sure if was a language misunderstanding but I thought I made myself pretty clear in the very first email.

Violet responded quickly to my request to use the warranty for my bike part. She mailed me a replacement part right away and I received it within a week of the first email I sent. I love my bike and was happy to be able to get the part replaced!

This has been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had! I mistakenly ordered the 40” trampoline when I actually wanted the 48”. I looked up if there was a way to cancel the order but I didn’t see that option, however; on their page, under their return policy, I saw that I could email them within 24 hours of placing the order. I sent an email asking to either please cancel the order or to place do an exchange. This happened on a Saturday so I was worried no one would see the email and that 24 hour window will be missed. I was wrong! Almost immediately I received a response. They gave me the option to keep the 40” trampoline and give me a 10% refund. I told them I appreciate the offer but that I really want the 48”. I got a response saying the could definitely do the exchange at no extra cost to me! It was my bad for not looking at what I was ordering but I was treated with such respect and professionalism that it’s so rare to find nowadays. All this to say that I am not only happy with their customer service but I can’t wait to try the trampoline. I’ve read and heard great reviews about it!
