DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is NOT bases in the UK like they claim. I have waited over a month for the shirt which is fake. I am in the process of getting my money back from my credit card company.

If you want a classic shirt that brings back amazing memories this is the place! This company is brilliant and I highly recommend them. Great quality shirts, brilliant range and fab customer service!

The after sale service is amazing. They respond quickly and understand and accommodate all requests whenever possible. I have ordered Germany jersey of 1990 to my son as my dad did to me in 1990. By mistake I forgot to write his name on custom printing so it came with MATTHAUS name in the back. So I contacted them and they very kindly agreed to send a new one with the printed name and very kindly agreed to keep the original one and not to return it.

The shirts they sent me don’t fit right, and the logo’s are misplaced. I’ve already been in contact with their customer service, they say they can’t help my any further, and now they just don’t answer my mails anymore. I’ve never done a bad review before, but they just leave me no choice… What a bad experience.

I ordered a t-shirt on May 6th and have still not received it.

On May 12th, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped, but no tracking ID was provided.

On May 15th, I was sent a tracking ID linked to a fake website that resembles Postnl.nl, where I could enter the fake tracking number and see that my package had supposedly been shipped.

The tracking ID I received does not work on the official Postnl.nl website.

I then contacted FC Retro by email and received a standard reply stating that they do not respond to inquiries regarding shipments.

At this point, I no longer expect to receive my order.

A chargeback is now being filed with my bank.

I ordered a kit for my son and he’s chuffed to bits with it! I contacted them straight after placing my order as I forgot to add the custom printing. They replied quickly and were very accommodating, resolving my error and ensuring my son got the perfect kit. 10/10!

I ordered a shirt with Ronaldo from Inter. It was delivered a little after the estimated time, took about a month. But the shirt is not original; all patches etc. look like it is Nike, but the quality of the fabric and seams is lousy; also bought in size L, but this must be Asian L, because this is FAR from being a normal European/American L, closer to S/M. To put it mildly disappointed with a lousy product. Giving two stars because the shirt actually arrived, which I eventually did not expect.

Can also add that this is made and shipped from China, definitely not UK as it says.

Brilliant quality tops, great selection and very friendly customer service. Definitely will buy from here again.

Tres semanas esperando el pedido. Me envían un correo de la empresa de transporte que entregará el pedido y compruebo con dicha empresa que no existe ese número de entrega.
Me pongo en contacto con ellos y me responden los mails diciendo q siga esperando, que mi pedido está en camino pero no me dan datos concretos de la entrega. sin explicaciones.

EDITO:
El pedido ha llegado, después de perderlo la agencia de transporte. Aunque no volveré a comprar ahí, me ha dado mala espina. No me fiaria de nuevo.

I bought a jersey for my son’s birthday. Accidentally clicked on a different player’s name and when it arrived, and I noticed, I asked if I could return for the correct name.
Answer: No, we do not accept any returns if a jersey has a player’s name or number. Thing is, all adult jerseys have names and numbers. Anyway, it took 3 weeks to arrive and they just point you to the small print with regard to not accepting returns.
I’ve bought two jerseys previously from them and would have bought more, albeit the lengthy delivery.
Be careful when ordering as returns are not possible! I won’t be back.

I would give this 0 stars if I could, this site is a scam. They made me wait for my shirt for 2 months and when I asked them about it they told me that my package had been lost. Complete scam I’ve never had an experience like this ever.

The shirt arrived after about 2,5 weeks. Had frayed sleeves and after trying it on I had an allergic reaction to it. I washed it and the Logo came off. Lowest quality stuff you can imagine. Never buying again.

Ordered a Ronaldo Barcelona retro shirt in XL, what turned up was a medium, on a diet.. it's tiny, and wonky, contacted customer service who won't entertain the refund due to it being customised, which it isn't, it's available on the site to order like that, so not customised in any way shape or form. Not one thing about the experience that was good, look elsewhere if I was you, for the money charged,also not sure what review site they are using on the site but it doesn't reflect any score or reviews on this or any other site I've checked really really poor all over

DO NOT BUY – Feels like a scam

I ordered two Ronaldo Brazil shirts from Retro FC almost two months ago. The company claims they shipped the order, but it never arrived. After many weeks of waiting, I contacted them to request a refund since the shirts were meant to be a gift — and at this point, they were no longer useful.

Instead of offering a solution, they claimed to have re-sent the package (which I never received either) and refused a refund, arguing the shirts were “personalized.” This is simply untrue — the shirts were not personalized.

To make things worse, the tracking code they provided for the second shipment doesn’t exist. No updates, no trace of the parcel — nothing.

This entire experience feels deliberately dishonest. I’m not the only one — after checking other reviews, it’s clear that many people have had similar issues with orders that never arrived, fake tracking numbers, and no real customer support.

Save yourself the headache and avoid Retro FC at all costs.

The place is great at contacting back, great service. Just a long shipping and difficult to know when the package has arrived. But good quality on the shirt. Will buy there again

Jerseys are top class. We ordered an Argentina with Maradona 10 plus a Zidane French Jersey with 10, both came with shorts which are also very good quality. Yes the delivery took a while but worth the wait. Will definitely be ordering again.

I almost ordered a Ronaldo Brazil shirt and saw now the reviews written. I guess the whole staff is coming from china and of course its fake shit.

So i decided not to order from this page.
