i had ordered a few things from them without fail nothing too pricy in the 100-200$ range shipping was alway expensive but its ok. the last time i ordered from them tho was a 700$ preorder for a year wait, since i didnt have any bad experiences with them i felt it was ok too trust. when it came time to receive the statue nothing, so i contacted the customer serves and they got back to me a few days later saying that basically the statue fell off the truck -_-
they offered me a credit for a new order not to be used for shipping or to pay for anything that im already have on order, or a paypal refund (i had to pay the paypal fee) i took the refund and never ordered from them again.
i went on ebay to see if i can still get it, but its was going for 1200$+shipping which makes me feel like that +500$ on the secondhand market had something to do with the missing truck

I ordered a resin statue and they waited it out said it was cancelled and it was a back and forth said they would refund me fully but never did and now since its been past a certain amount of days they get the money and I get nothing don't trust this scam site. If you like throwing your money away go ahead.

Hace un año que realice una reserva de una figura que supuestamente iba a salir en marzo y ya han cambiado dos veces la fecha de salida primero me dijeron que en junio estaría lista y ahora la cambiaron para septiembre.
Son muy poco serios con respecto a sus clientes y no son muy profesionales y si tuvieran mas interés el negocio les iría mejor porque a mayor numero de reseñas positivas mas captación de futuros clientes potenciales

Preordered a figure December 2023 that was supposed to be released in summer 2024 but low and behold it’s Aug 2025 and I have nothing to show for it. My friend orders from here all the time and she gets her stuff but I’m left here with nothing. No updates NOTHING! Just lost money.

These guys rip you off on the shipping. Bought a small figuring and they wanted 80 bucks to ship. That's rediculous. Non refundable deposit of course. Stay away.

I ordered favorgk first time when I bought the official jimei palace sett statue and it arrived safely and had no issue what so ever. I did even order three chocobo studio yakuza statue and sukuna statue from ghost studio even though the preorder had delay but it was worth wait. I am currently waiting on alucard statue from creation studio. Although the down fall of favorgk is that they no longer put unlicensed statue sadly but other then that the customer service was very responseful and helped me.

Can’t log in have a down payment now I’m worried I won’t be able to buy it

I placed an order for an item that cost around 2k last year, finally arrived this week, FavorGK is not a scam company like ResinGK or Animegami,which I have been burned by, but from FavorGK i've bought muliple items, (mainly Persona statues) from them, yes shipping can be slow, sometimes too slow, but it does arrive. There is a terrible problem of late to do with the Chinease factories and everybody is hurting, so be patient, they will come through.

I preordered a statue which had a release date in March 2025. The problem is when the figure released at the beginning of september, leaving me no time to actually save enough money to pay for her and the exorbitant shipping cost of 304 USD for standard international shipping to Germany. I explained to them that I preordered because of the late release date and that I can't pay sooner than december when I get my end year paycheck bonus. Since they don't want to wait, I lost my deposit money. 233,99$ down the drain. It is not my fault that the figure released more than half a year sooner than advertised!!!

Zero stars is what they deserve actually. Spent 270$ on 2 sets of figures. Both arrived broken AND with missing parts. When i raised an inquire with customer support they offered me $7(!!) as reimbursement, they also suggested i use superglue to fix the broken figures myself or if i want something more professional they told me to look for a local craftsman and pay even more money so they can fix the figures for me.

I had my order forgotten and cancelled by another seller and my statue was sold out everywhere. Most shops I asked told me it was sold out even though it was listed as ready stock. Was really worried when I I bought the last remaining item from FavorGK (the reviews here honestly weren't helping, though reddit reviews made me feel more at ease) but after emailing support and asking a few times, I took the chance and bought it. Shipping was around 240usd for two huge and heavy boxes, which is actually not as bad as I thought (I've mailed out bulky items myself and the pricing is average).
It arrived today real quick, and I'm honestly in shock that I seriously got my item when it was sold out everywhere. The packing was good, some small parts did chip off but it was due to the acrylic quality (I chipped off some when assembling so wouldn't blame the shipping). It was easy to glue back without it being obvious.
Just wanted to give a good review here, so anyone who's worried by the older bad reviews and has an eye on something will feel at ease enough to get it.

I pre-ordered a Meowth statue on June 2023 for my boyfriends birthday, the website stated that it would be ready to ship out in Q4 - December 2023. I thought okay cool it would just be a really late birthday gift. I'd send numerous emails asking for any updates but they would always give me the runaround never once did they let me know of any delay. Finally they contacted me literally this week (over a year later) to let me know that it was ready to ship and to my surprise the shipping fee was insane. I had to cancel the order because my boyfriend lost interest, I would never pre-order from this company again.

Ordered an (In STOCK) item from their site but received an otherwise. Brought this up to their slow-to-reply(every reply takes 3-4 days) and "nothing can be done" after-sale support. Very poor service recovery attempt and they just do not care and nothing they can do if item was delivered wrongly.
Be prepared to feel scammed by ordering something, a limited edition most probably, and longing for it, but getting something else you didn't order and be "forced" to keep it because of the above reasons.

J'ai acheté une figurine en résine (à plus de 400 €) que j'ai reçu cassée. J'ai alors contacté le service client qui est certes très réactif MAIS qui n'a pu ni me l'échanger ni me la rembourser ! J'ai simplement eu une réduction partiel (environ 10%) ce qui est très juste aux vues du montant de la figurine...

Ordered "Rebecca with LED - Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Resin Statue - Weare A Design Studio" quite late when no one else had it in stock anymore, at it's base price from FavorGK. The figure had released already at this point and they immediately processed the order.

I was prepared to wait for a long time as I knew their shipping often might take a good while. Shipping cost 75bucks, which is around the standard from all GK sites shipping from China to Finland.

The package was registered very early, but was not visible on the german tracking site they offered for a looong time. I waited for 1.5 months and nothing seemed to be progressing on the tracking, so I decided to ask them what was up.
I got a timely response telling me that it will only be visible once the german shipping firm has got the package and that they said I shouldn't worry and just wait patiently.

So, I did :)

8 days ago, the site finally showed the package in Germany, then 2 days later from that it was in Finland in another city and it was delivered today. (Yesterday was a holiday, so from when it appeared in tracking, it arrived on the 5th business day.

I ordered the figure 110 days ago.
I think there are some heavy delays along the way and to my understanding, there have even been some increase in attacked cargo at the red sea and suez canal and there was (still is?) some conflict going there, making cargo having to make long detours, so I do not fault FavorGK for this.

Though what was a very welcome and nice surprise, that since they shipped to a german shipping firm first, the package was delivered right to my doorstep. (Usually packages from outside EU get stuck in Finnish customs and then gotta decide on a pick up point)

The figure was slightly damaged so that the background light-up base had broken off from the top, but luckily it was a very clean break and was very easy to superglue to look good as new.

I do think it was very worth it to buy from them.

Just be sure you know about the long shipping process. I've read many bad experiences from people who started to request a refund when no doubt their figure was stuck somewhere in the suez canal or so. Which no doubt would be a terrible situation to solve amicably... Such a wait might be a deal breaker for some, so if you think it is for you, then take that into consideration and possibly look elsewhere.

Despite the troubles, I'll rate this 5 stars, as I don't think FavorGK could have affected the outcome in terms of slow cargo ships or the material having broken from some shock to the package. (No idea how it had happened, as the whole thing was very well packaged to styrofoam and the box itself was intact..). Communication, price and shipping cost were all good in my honest opinion.

If you actually get your statue from this site and never have to contact customer service then you would probably rate this 5 stars. If you're unlucky like I am and paid over 700+ for a statue and had it delivered to the wrong address then you're out of luck. I contacted favorgk 2 days after I checked the tracking and saw that it had been delivered and the next day they responded. We have been going back and forth for months them telling me to contact FedEx and FedEx telling me to contact the seller. I couldn't get a confirmation of misdelivered package from FedEx and favorgk wouldn't put in a claim so I got screwed over. It's been so stressful trying to get my money back. I've even emailed them pictures of my door and showed that it doesn't match the image FedEx took as well as my claim going through as misdelivered but I wasn't the shipper so I couldn't claim it I would need a shippers waiver. I've filed a claim with PayPal but I'm not sure I can even get my money back. Wish I could go back in time and stop myself from giving these greedy people my money

I pre-ordered a figure in January 2022 with an estimated shipment date in Q3 2022, but that proved to be far from true. More than two years later, I am still waiting for the figure or even just a new release date. They claim that the studio is still planning the figure's release, but it has been severely delayed due to 'issues on their end.' I am considering my money as lost, especially after discovering that once a figure is ready, they ask for an extremely high shipping price. Sorry, but I won't be scammed any longer.

So, back in the Summer of 2022, I placed an order for a Gengar evolution line Statue as a gift for my friend. This model was gorgeous, and was listed for about $80.00 so I was like "This looks great, my friend will love this".

So I place the order and get an ETA of Nov/Dec. Perfect, either will be here for their Birthday, or it'll be here for Christmas, easy. December comes, and I get no news on the item, just the confirmation email from the Summer. Strange, so I email them to find out whats up. January rolls around, they get back to me. ETA has been moved to Q1 of 2023, so by the end of March.
Ok, slight set back but it happens so I'll wait.

APRIL 2023: Nothing from the company, so I email them again about ETA. They get back saying ETA is Q1 of 2023. I email back saying "excuse me, but it's past Q1 of 2023, what om Earth are you talking about? They email again, sorry, new ETA is end of Q2 now. Alright, now I'm annoyed, but WHATEVER

JUNE-AUGUST 2023: I email AGAIN, as this company does not give any updates it seems. They say the ETA is undeterminable right now do to the manufacturer. I go "Excuse me, what do you mean? You guys have been giving me useless ETAs for the last year (only after I had to email to get the info in the first place) and you are now only telling me you have NO IDEA???" So at this point I'm fed up going back and forth with them over and over and them never reaching out. I ask for a refund after dealing with all this for so long, and I would rather not deal with this anymore. OOPS, sorry but we don't DO refunds, but since the ETA has been so long we can do store credit. Except I don't want store credit, just to get ANOTHER thing that stays on a never ending ETA nightmare so I go screw it at this point, we'll wait it out.

TODAY, JANUARY 2024: THE ITEM IS READY TO SHIP, HUZZAH!
Except PLOT TWIST, the item now costs an additional $150 USD and a shipping cost of ANOTHER $150 USD. I go "WHAT THE ACTUAL FLAPJACK HOOTERY IS THIS" Nowhere in the entire history of this order was it said to have costed THAT MUCH MONEY bc if it truly costed $230 USD just for the item I would not have placed the order, but ANOTHER $150 to SHIP IT ARE YOU MAD??? I email them back this, and they just say "Well the info for the item was there, you didn't read it and we took down the info after your inital purchase" AGAIN, I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IF I HAD SEEN A PRICE LIKE THAT, WHAT DO YOU MEAN???

So I have canceled the order, they have taken my deposit, and I have nothing to show for it other then this story.

NEVER USE FAVORGK! This is a 0 Star review holy hell what a mess
