I ordered this dress in rust having bought the teal blue version last year. It’s flattering, very comfortable and easy to wear and can be dressed up or down, I love it as a wardrobe staple. It is half linen without the creases and it hangs well. Generous fit, I went down a size. The colour is more dusky pink than rust but still love it.

Deliverie not received.
Well, it started off badly. I ordered the beautiful blue long sleeve, lightweight top for my daughter with a next day delivery. She admired mine and was going away. No fault of Fat Face but was delivered to the wrong address. I had a call the following day from my complaint and the following day received my order. A truly rapid response! Thank you. Would recommend. Beautiful quality and great service. Thank you.

Uncomfortable & could not leave review on respective product page
I normally like Fatface. However, recently I bought a sweater (Ali Natural Argyle Knitted Jumper) for £59 which turns out to be uncomfortable and not warm.
Based on reviews published reviews I was expecting it to be soft, but it turns out to be too itchy even when washing with extra softener etc. Also, it's bulky and still not warm. I will sadly be putting this one into a charity bag.
I couldn't leave a review on the Fatface website, which I thought was a bit unfair though could be my system settings, hence sharing my experience here.

Product and price were very good,service was super fast,if I have any reservations it would be the delivery came a day earlier,than my requested day and was left on the door step all day (12 hours)in full view of potential theft as seems to be the trend these days. So the option of weekend deliveries is not really accurate, but over all great to deal with

I have loved shopping Fat Face online…
I have loved shopping Fat Face online for several years but I won't be purchasing any more. In October 2025 I ordered a blouse and a faux fur gilet. The blouse arrived but the gilet never did. I tried with messaging in several ways and the phone number that was on my order with no success of any communication at all. One of their employees must have nabbed my gilet and just sent the blouse. I paid over $100 for that gilet. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I guess this is the next level of shopping online: Being robbed by the company you purchase through.
