Logo was much smaller than I expected.
If I knew the logo was that small, I would have ordered a different pen.

printing on pens is small unclear and dark, wont be giving these out so the money was completely wasted

Proofing is deceptive
Proofing is deceptive, pens looked nothing like image of proof. Customer service would not offer any remedy when pens came and were difficult to read. Never again nor would I recommend .

The price for a small quantity was ideal. Designing my pen was easy to do on the website and the pens looked exactly as I expected. My only disappointment was that I chose a "Dark Red" pen which should be maroon, and the pens are ruby red.
