Five stars for the most part
The ease of the website is 5 stars. The quick turn around time and on time delivery is 5 stars.
My only complaint is the size of the logo on the pen is really small and hard to read.

Very poor quality
Very disappointed in product results. I ordered 3 logo notebooks as gifts. I expected the supplied logo to be printed directly to the cover. This was nothing more than a cut out sticker (easily peelable) attached to the cover. I can't give them as the job is unprofessional.

I am so pleased!
I was skeptical of going with fast pens after reading some of the reviews on here, but I was in a pinch and they were one of the few vendors that met my criteria. WOW! I am SO IMPRESSED! The speed, and quality of these pens exceeded my expectations. I can't speak for others experience, but I'm glad I went with fast pens and didn't get turned away by the reviews. Some also said that the print was tiny, I would disagree. My logo and the print on the pens are completely legible and the perfect size. I don't get any benefits from writing reviews and I rarely do but I am truly blown away at the product I received!

Don’t buy from Fastpens.
On their website, the logo and text looked fine. I used THEIR design software to create the image and text I wanted on the pens for my clients. Don’t buy from this company!
There is no way for you to know what your final product will look like. They simply don’t care. The final product would be embarrassing to give to a potential customer.

Black print didnt show up well on pick pens. When I printed the proof, it looked great. Also, the pens do not write very well.

When they say they will print small…they do!
When they say they will print small orders they do! Fast Pens is the only company that I have found that really does. Other companies say they do but when you try to check out they want you to buy a Hundred pens before they will fulfill your. I have a Fan based Facebook group that I run just for a hobby and I don't need those large quantities.

Failed on delivery
The website said I would receive the order by a certain date and I called customer service to verify, and they confirmed. Unfortunately, FastPens made an error on the weighbill which caused a delay and the order did not arrive in time for their intended purpose. Very disappointed, and I didn’t realize that the order was an international shipment or I probably wouldn’t have done it.
