Received unsolicited spam email from this company, whom I've never contacted myself, and to whom I've never given my email address to.

Very professional, arrived in time, did a great job. Would recommend.

Great clean but a day late. Was compensated.

We arranged for Fastklean to clean our house after building work and their were exceptional, the cleaning standards were great, the cleaners were efficient, polite and could not do enough to help. We actually had the builders still on site and they worked round them and just focused on getting the job done. I would highly recommend to friends and clients

I've been using Fastklean for several years now. Their service is excellent. Their cleaners are well trained - apparently they get fully trained before they are allowed to clean people's houses and then they have regular refreshers. So they do a great job cleaning. Also, added benefit is that if my usual cleaner is on holidays they find a replacement so it all gets handled smoothly so you don't even need to worry about the logistics. I've been recommending them to my friends and everybody that has hired their cleaners has been very satisfied with the service.

You guys were awesome. The Fastklean team turned up on time, were polite and helpful and true ambassadors for the company. We used Fastklean for their "after building work" service, which was three cleaners for 8 hours. They didn't stop (even though we asked them to) and then they insisted in staying on until they were completely happy with their job. I can't recommend Fastklean highly enough.

We paid close to £200 to have some carpets, curtains and sofas cleaned. Bad service all around - poor cleaning job, forgot to clean one of the curtains and then tried to dispute giving us a refund, and dishonest, bad faith negotiation when we asked to simply have the amount refunded to us for the uncleaned curtain. They tried to refund us less than the actual cost of the curtain - I had to point out that their math was wrong, after which they reluctantly increased the refund amount. Avoid this company if you can.

Edit: FastKlean phoned me after reading this review. The agent I've been speaking with throughout this process was apologetic after I explained why I wrote the review.

FastKlean are obviously concerned about their reputation so I think it is fair to acknowledge that, recognising that I am an unhappy customer, they have at a minimum taken steps to address my concerns.

That said, they also asked me to take down this review. Unfortunately the apology doesn't change how I felt about the experience or make everything better, but I am editing the review to note their response.

I can’t speak to all of their services, just what I received. Maybe I just got unlucky and had a bad experience but if FastKlean doesn’t want bad reviews in the future, it’s important to improve their customer service.

Customer service great too when you do have a query. Cleaners were always reliable and provided a fantastic standard of service.I will definitely use your services again and will recommend you to friends and family.

I've been using FastKlean since 2012 and I've never been disappointing by my cleaning lady. She's always on time (even though she has a key to my property), always with a smile on her face, and always does an excellent cleaning. Thank you FastKlean team. Looking forward to using you again.
