I recently used FastKlean Service (Carpet Cleaning Service) and I am thoroughly impressed! The team arrived on time, were professional, and did a fantastic job on my carpets. They were able to remove stains I thought were permanent, leaving my carpets looking brand new. The process was quick, and the results were outstanding. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend FastKlean for anyone in need of top-notch carpet cleaning. Amazing service, from start to finish. I spoken to a person called Gillian, amazing explained everything in details answers all questions I asked. Went above and beyond for preferrd date and times.

Cleaners were easy to book and communication clear and easy. Would recommend.

Everything went well. Communication was good. When the landlord had questions about the state of cleaning, the manager sent a report immediately (even though it was evening) and everything was resolved in our favour. Thank you!

Disgraceful.

Booked for a 10 hour (2 cleaners for 5 hours) clean plus steam clean. They tried to cancel 3 days prior despite the fact I had no staff rota'd on and would therefore be closed for no reason.

Then only 1 cleaner showed up - so now I am closed all day for just a 5 hour clean. THEN they cancel the steam cleaning.

Customer services useless, just asking for me to give them time to find another cleaner.

Doesn't change the fact that I am closed all day and losing revenue for just a 5 hour clean. Absolutely disgusting.

I used this company for an oven cleaning service. A day before the booked date they phoned me and emailed me that they needed to change my time slot from 10 am till 8am. I noticed email late as I work nights and I am never at home earlier than 9am. On my arrival from work an oven cleaner was already by my door waiting.
He did a good job. I didn't notice he was in hurry. He cleaned after himself. He was very polite. I would definitely book again. No matter the reviews, I had a good experience with this company. I would recommend.

I booked the service 1 week in advance & then got a phone call the day before cancelling, so I rebooked for 7 days later, the day before i got a call changing the time.
Then halfway through the clean i was informed by the head my oven was bigger than standard so i was being charged double. I believe this is a scam they use on a regular basis. Then after negotiating an additional £50 payment. They actually took £75 off my card. The administration and head office of this company are a joke, they charge you an initial reasonable price then start calling you and upping the prices when the operatives have your oven dismantled. I ended up paying £165 for a large oven. They do not ask for photos when you book which would avoid any confusion, as I said it is an organised scam.
The only positive was the operatives did an ok job

Cleaner didn’t turn up having been booked for 2pm and called at 3.15pm saying they are not coming. I was told I had to book for another day and no discount was being offered. Shameful customer service. Unfortunate as have used them before.

Fastklean were really very good, they arrived on time to do a deep clean and to also clean the carpets and sofa. They were thorough, polite, helpful and just got on with the job with minimal fuss. I will be using them again!

Special mention to the gardening team who were outstanding! Super efficient clearly experienced in what they do. I would highly recommend this company!

I was visited by a very decent, friendly, honest and reliable couple who delivered and performed the service so well and in a timely manner. Fastklean ( Joanne) and her team did an amazing job with steam cleaning my sofa. Alex, the technician arrived on time and set about with his work, taking pride and meticulous in what he was doing. I will definitely be using FastKlean for any future work and would highly recommend their services, a very professional company who go the extra mile.

Mediocre cleaning for a relatively high price, I can accept, since I simply suck it up and don't use the service anymore. But what has gone beyond an unacceptable at this point, is the fact that I've had to waste so much time (called 7 times already) just to get a reimbursement of £25 that they owe me, a result from some of the shady accounting that went one when I hired the service. Simply out of principle, I feel compelled to pursue this, because already have I wasted more time than the compensation justifies.
