Efficient, quick delivery, very good quality items.
Can’t complain!

I ordered in mid April. I was told a week or so later that because of the Trump tariff situation that they would not be able to send to me in the U.S. until end of July and if I was willing to wait they would refund me about 30% of the price. I was fine with that and decided to wait because I really liked the dish set. End of July arrives and I reach out to inquire about order delivery. I was told I would have to wait again until beginning of September. I again agreed to wait. It is now beginning of September and again I inquire about the dishes, I was told I had to wait again until the end of September. At this point, I simply requested a refund, hopefully will be back on my card in a week or so. The dishes seem beautiful from
the pictures, but after almost 5 months of waiting they are not worth it as you can purchase something else just as nice from a different company.

I ordered my items a month ago and they have not arrived. It took 2 weeks to tell me they were lost. They are now currently “out of stock” and customer services doesn’t know when new stock will be in? It’s your company? How do you not know. Insane to spend this much money with such abysmal service.

Ordering process was easy and very quick. Unfortunately on piece of plate was missing (the reason why not 5 stars). Approached customer service, reaction time very quick and they sorted it out and resend the missing bits. Very polite and helpful. This is how customer service should be, when something goes wrong. Das Geschirr ist leider sehr schlechter Qualität. Sobald man mit einem Messer darauf schneidet, bleiben schwarze Kratzer, die sich anders als der Hersteller verlauten lässt, auch nicht abwischen lassen. Nach Retoure erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Also auf keinen Fall hier bestellen.

Wonderful dishes. They came promptly, packed very safely, very happy with the purchase.

I reached out for support as one of them was broken, and was promised a new one once back in stock. It’s been a few months, and they have stopped responding to my support emails entirely.

Buyer beware: be sure you don’t need anything from them once the sale is complete.

Ordered plates, I had been looking for something durable and robust. They arrived but two were broken, packaging was not the best either. Contacted customer service immediately to advise of this. Got a swift reply from Caroline one of the team. Wanted photos which was understandable. Kept trying to push me into a replacement but I simply wanted a refund. After asking a few times they agreed but this is when the tricks start. They asked why I didn’t want a replacement. I said that on top of the breakage I wasn’t keen on the yellow tone of the plates. I had in previous messages been very clear that I simply wanted a refund because of breakage. This now means they can avoid free returns and have now charged me for this. Very deceptive practice. I would avoid

What beautiful ceramic dinner wear and cutlery! The service is even better - two plates arrived damaged from the trip & Caroline immediately responded sending us to new plates making sure to keep us updated at every step! Highly recommend!

Achtung alles auf Englisch. Rücksendung gestaltet sich als sehr kompliziert, umständlich und nicht wie gewohnt. Angeblich fallen noch Bearbeitungsgebühre etc. an. Der erste tolle Schein trügt.

Wir haben zwei große Sets vom Geschirr gekauft uns nach paar Wochen Benutzung sind diese komplett zerkratzt, trotz hochwertigem Besteck.
Ähnliche Teller von einem anderen Anbieter haben dieses Problem nicht.
Haben uns an den Support gewendet, mit Bildern, ausser einer Antwort mit der Nachricht „wir melden uns“ reagiert keiner mehr auf uns.
Sehr schade das trotz dieser hohen Summe kein Service erfolgt.

Ordered on 1st. No delivery until 12th even though their website says delivery in 1-3 working days. There is no phone number so had to email them. Delivery only started after I chased them. I ordered bunch and two bowls arrived completely broken. Emailed them three times no response. Finally they got my email and arranged replacement on 18th, however until 22nd it’s still not dispatched. Customer service is awful. Never going to order from them. It was such a pain to deal with this company if you ever have an issue.

Fell in love with pasta bowls immediately! It’s the perfect size for pasta food or for deserts, and it look so aesthetic! Quality is very good! Love it !
