Unbelievable service ordered month ago maybe longer still waiting asked for refund but still get same message about my order they can't find it absolutely shocking have reported this further

Poster delivered damaged ripped water stains threads hanging contacted by email and chat 3 days to respond I sent pictures I declined the offer of another as it had taken over 16 working days to come as this was a present waiting for a refund no confirmation of when that will be.

Personally wouldn’t even give it 1 star False advertising I ordered a family canvas which clearly shows in the picture that it’s a wrap around one. Disappointed when a tube arrived with the canvas in. I sucked it up and thought I’ll get it wrapped myself. Again this has proved difficult as they need to leave a margin of 2” all around to be wrapped which would mean some of the words would disappear plus it would cost between £55-£65 to have done avoid this company at all costs

Spelling mistake on my canvas of someone's name have emailed and asked for the correct canvas to be delivered. Let's hope customer service is better

I ordered a gold necklace to my wife, when we opened it was obvious that was not gold, I tried to contact them seversl times but didn't get any reply. Necklace came from China but according to their website they ship all orders from USA.Worst company to order.

I ordered four keychains, I only received two. I have contacted the company many times, the only response I received was that they are looking into it. I have not heard from them again. I will never buy from them again.

My personalized jersey was delivered to a similar address. Attempted several times to correct it before it was shipped, but no one returned my call or email.

Ich habe für meine Tochter ein personifiziertes Trikot bestellt in der Größe S. Es war abgebildet ein Trikothemd mit Hose. Von Anfangs 14,99 Euro schnellte der Preis mit wenig Aufdruck auf 25 Euro hoch.
Es kam nur ein Trikothemd in superdùnner " Qualität" an und das in Miniform welches der Kindergröße 122 entspricht.
Ich kontaktierte die Firma und die reagierte Abweisend. Ich bat um eine neue Lieferung in Xl- Größe, dieses wollten die aber nur mit einen 30% Rabatt neu liefern. Ich sollte also für deren irreführenden Angaben und Falschlieferung noch zusätzlich bezahlen und dazu noch diese schlechte Qualität.
Ich rate jeden ab von einen Kauf bei dieser unseriösen Firma!

The post office lost my custom poster and family gifts company provided great tracking information and was always willing to refund my money if I didn't get the poster. 30 days after the original ETA my poster arrived and my wife loved her gift..

My opinion is this company is managed extremely poorly. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived not on late but damaged. I reached out to them several times before and after Christmas and they finally got back to me four days after Christmas with a general vague response that is unacceptable. I would hate to see anyone else go through what I have and waste your money. I feel I have been taken advantage of and this company refuses to be held accountable

This company is outstanding. Ive used them twice now and the service is second to none! they keep the lines of communication open right up to the time that the item arrives at your door....then following up telling you that your item arrived!

Worst order I have ever placed, ordered stretch pants and received huge baggy black pants big enough for a 300 pound person. You never get anything with information on how to return something! They are awful!!!

I would give this Company 10 Stars if I could Had a issue with a product . Emailed them they said we got this Rushed and sent new item in a day or 2. This is my Fourth Order and will be ordering again great workmanship also.

I ordered on OCTOBER 31st. They emailed me about the sweatshirt color being out of stock. So I chose a different color. I emailed them on November 20th asking for an update. Tracking number and order number. November 21st they emailed back and said that my order was sent to the post office. Still didn’t receive an order or tracking number. I emailed them again on December 1st asking for a tracking number AGAIN. I was then told they were just starting my order. But like a week ago I was told it was already sent to the post office. Once again I emailed them that they either need to send it or cancel the order. I was FINALLY given an order number but when I tried to track it on their website, it told me there was no such order. They told me it takes 2-8 business days to manufacture. It’s been over 40 days since I ordered. I emailed them today telling them to cancel and haven’t heard back. I reported them to the government scammer website and got ahold of my credit card company.

I have been waiting for over a month. My order has not even been shipped.
They have stopped answering my email, and the last I heard was that “the printer is taking a long time”
Avoid ordering from them.
