SCAM!!

Website and emails have since been closed down since ordering on 28/1/24. No order received. Luckily I ordered through my PayPal account so was able to get a full refund

SCAM! Ordered a gold leaf print for $80. received a low quality ink print in a $3 frame.
Can’t contact them, email and website does not exist.
Probably some drop shipping scheme claiming to sell a premium product and ordering some $5 piece of junk to cash the profit and run.

Total scam. They didn't send product. They deleted their email and stolen my caah

I purchased a custom made belt for my brother in law with his initials on February 2nd the money came out of my account, said i would get a confirmation email to follow. I screen shot my confirmation and confirmation number. I went to bed and woke up never received an email. Waited a few days to see if I got anything. I pulled up my account and the money was deducted on 2/2/24. I went on line a few times and put in the buyfamilygift.com and the website is not found or does not come up. There is not any contact information on the screen shot confirmation but the buyfamilygift.com.
When you type that in the browser says cannot be found. There is no way to find them since my order. I have not received any emails about the item nor have I received the item.

Ordered on Feb 5th, money came out of my account on the 6th and then all links and emails to this company ceased to exist or be valid. Would like to know if anyone has successfully gotten a refund and how? I was stupid and accidentally used my debit card that was saved in my phone instead of my credit card.

Scam don't do it. Email doesn't work

My daughter never got the gift I BOUGHT and now I can't find a way to check on it OR EVEN CONTACT thiscompany!!!!

Received order confirmation, when i checked the status after 3 weeks the website was gone and email is undelivered.

Got my item didn’t love it they offered to remake it and then the website disappeared

I placed my order in January. When I went to check the order status today after not receiving it the website no longer exists. I have called to dispute the charge from my bank. Do not order the personalized moon picture!

Ordered for Valentine’s Day. Went to check on my order … no website! Disputed the charge and it was refunded but … it would have been better if they were a real company.

Never received the order and now the site doesn’t exist. Scam.

Ordered item 01-28-2024, received verification of order and have not received any updates or product since. I’ve emailed the company for follow up and still waiting. I’ll update if they actually contact me or I receive my order.

Update their email is no longer in use.
AVOID THIS COMPANY

After my order was placed no link worked to access the website and there has been no update in over 3 weeks... like some others have said it seems now like a scam. I have only thoughts and good intentions for my valentine since this was their gift.

Haven't received order and can't contact seller on website.

Never received items. Website went down. Now I have to dispute the charge! Waste of time and disappointed! They should not be able to promote anything else moving forward.

STILL waiting on my order. I can no longer track it and the website shows “safari cannot open the page because the server can’t be found” SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Don’t spend your hard earned money here.

Thought it was a long wait the present came and ITS SO COOL! id recommend it for the quality and the look :)

Never support a company that steals from small businesses. I am the owner of @kach95w on TikTok and Instagram and over the Christmas period, they stole one of my TikTok videos and used it to run an ad for a product on their website which they also stole from me. They took my photos from my Instagram and website and used it as ‘examples’ for their products which is completely false advertising. I had so many customers message me saying that they bought from this place and never received their order. I even had another customer see their fake ad and make a purchase. They did receive a “package” but it wasn’t even what they ordered… so they contacted me blaming me for the mistake when they actually bought from this SCAM website and not my small business. This company was using my video to advertise so the customer thought they were buying from me. Save yourself and do not support this company that steals and falsely advertises.

I ordered this product bc I saw an ad from TikTok and as soon as I saw the reviews on here I immediately cancelled. They were polite and cooperative and refunded back my money. It took 2 days to get a refund. I kind of felt bad for canceling but this was a valentine’s Day gift and I couldn’t afford for it to look messed up. Next time I want to order from them in pure curiosity, just to see how the product will turn out. I’ll come back and let y’all know. But so far I’ve had a good experience as far as customer service goes.
