the absolute worst

had there been a possibility to give the store 0stars, i would do it. winners of a scamfest. money lost. i ordered an embroided hoodie for my father. my order was a month late, during the month they would promise a refund for the extra fast delivery i paid + additional 10% off, now that the order finally arrived, they are refusing and denying everything. not to mention the product is the absolute low quality. the embroidery is poor and the embroided motocycle design looks like it was taken from an animated movie for kindergardeners. the sizing is too small. liars and scammers.

I ordered from here in November and still have not received my item. I disputed it with PayPal and got my money back. Rude customer service

Today is January 12, 2024. I ordered a personalised hoodie(70€) on December 10th. It still has NOT arrived. They sent me a tracking number that has not once been updated.(The tracking shows that the package hasn’t even been picked up from them.) They told me that due to the overload of packages the firm which is delivering the package is responsible for this but it is a lie. The delivery firm is not even responding to the questions.This place is definitely a scam! The email responses are all pretty much the same , they do not explain nothing , emails are just a formality to give us something to read…The last email they sent me, they claim they will make me a new one and send out as it clearly was lost in transit.I wanted a nice gift for my loved one for Christmas but this has been really disrespectful. I’m not ordering from here again and telling everybody so no one falls for this scam.

Today is January 11, 2024. I ordered a hoodie on December 4th. It still has NOT arrived. They sent me a tracking number that has not once been updated. When I go to their website and click on the chat icon and then click on the track my order thing and fill out my information, it says its still being fulfilled. How can they give me a tracking number if my order isn't done being made? This place is clearly a scam! The email responses are all pretty much the same. The last email they sent me, they claim they will make me a new one and send out as it clearly was lost in transit (whatever. Lie). Contacting my card company to get my money back

If I could give 0 stars I would. Advertising looked really good but I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I’ve spend over 60 ( that was on sale) for a hoodie with my partners car on the front. Still hasn’t arrived I ordered it start of December. I’ve emailed but the emails I get back make no sense and don’t answer my question. After seeing the photos of some people’s hoodies that they have received I don’t even want to know what it looks like. Terrible don’t order from here

Scam. Package takes 2 months to arrive, the quality of the product is awful, and when you put a 1 or 2 stars review on the website it gets deleted 2 days later to only display good reviews !!!!

I ordered my gift one month ago, still haven't received it yet, and when I track my package it says that it is returning to its expeditor. I sent them an email and they are literally asking me to pay $15 again for shipping costs. It is a real shame. Never buy on this website

They are a scam..never shipped out my hoodie that was over priced to begin with. They use Instagram for marketing that looks appealing. They have bot responses to emails but shipment will never arrive.

I ordered a hoodie with an emboridery on it. The website said it would arrive in 2 weeks, but it arrived in over a month. I didn't receive any updates during the process, unlike what the website said. When the package came, the drawing was SHAMEFUL. The outlines and the drawing did not fit. It's like if they printed the picture twice, one over the other. It's impossible to see the drawing. It was such POOR QUALITY. Moreover, they don't want to pay the shipping taxes to return the product. I have to pay them and they are over 30$! Don't buy from this store if you don't want to loose the money. It's pathetic and they have been very unprofessional in their communications.

Nach 5 Wochen ist der Pulli immer noch nicht angekommen. Der Support ist nicht hilfreich. Habe mein Geld zum Glück schnell über PayPal Käuferschutz zurückbekommen.

Prodotto non arrivato dopo quasi un mese dall'ordine, nonostante io abbia anche pagato per la spedizione veloce! Ordine del 28 novembre. Ora mi ritrovo senza regalo di Natale. Contattata più volte l'assistenza e non hanno risolto il problema, mi hanno inviato un codice di tracciamento che da giorni è bloccato su "Unknown", solo dopo ripetute lamentele nelle diverse email che ho inviato. Per fortuna ho ottenuto il rimborso grazie a Paypal...

Scam. Warte jetzt 4 Wochen auf das Produkt, oft den Support kontaktiert und da ist immer das selbe. Schlechte Bewertungen werden gelöscht.
