Just another review piling on all the rest about the scam $39.99 monthly fee. I had to challenge it through my credit card company to get it refunded.

At least my unauthorized charge was only $9.99. This is a scam

When customers purchase custom artwork, personalized signs, or gifts, they are often automatically enrolled in an undisclosed "VIP membership" or monthly subscription—frequently charging $39.99 per month to their credit cards without explicit, clear consent.

What a scam. Purchased a print for my wife only to find I have been charged a monthly subscription fee of $39.99 for three months that I had no idea I was signed up for. They said they would not refund me. Make sure you read the fine print before purchasing anything from this business.

This is a text book SCAM. Do NOT buy from them. I bought a piece of artwork for Mothers Day and paid in full. It arrived fine, but they have been charging me aka: STEALING from me $39.99/ month for a ficticious "subscription" of nothing. Of course, when you call the vendor tel # for support, there is a voice recording telling you that there is no live service available-- just send an email. It is a classic stall designed to STEAL more of your money. It took me 3 months to catch it.

They’re committing credit card fraud! Terrible experience!!!! I bought an item that turned out really nice. But then I was shocked that they charged my credit card for some sort of a phony membership fee, $29.99, which I absolutely did not sign up for. Please do not buy anything from these people. They will most likely charge your credit card for something you did not ask for. It’s credit card fraud, and that’s what they’re doing.

I purchased a canvas from Blessed Family after seeing it advertised and thought it would be the perfect Father’s Day gift for my husband. I paid for the canvas, added expedited warehouse processing, and selected two‑day shipping to ensure it arrived in time for the occasion. After several business days passed without receiving tracking information, I checked their website and discovered my order had not yet shipped.

I called the number listed on their site, only to learn from the automated message that they do not take phone calls and can only be contacted through email. I reached out and received an apology along with a refund of $34.95 for the expedited shipping. Although the canvas did not arrive in time for Father’s Day, I was pleased with the final product once it did arrive.

However, on the morning of 7/17—over a month after my purchase—I noticed a new charge of $39.99 from their company. I have made no additional purchases since my original order in June. Before contacting my bank, I emailed the company to inform them that I had not authorized this transaction, that it was fraudulent, and that I would be disputing it.

Their response claimed that I had enrolled in a membership program during checkout, granting access to exclusive discounts and special offers. At no point did I knowingly sign up for any membership. A recurring charge of $39.99 per month—amounting to $479.88 per year—is outrageous.

I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but I feel it is absolutely warranted in this situation. Others should be aware of these unexpected charges and avoid falling victim to what feels like a deceptive practice.

Do not purchase any items with Blessed Family Gifts, they scam you into an automatic payment of $39.99 for an exclusive membership that is automatically withdrawn from the card you use to purchase every month. I will never do business with them again!!!

We ordered a necklace and a bracelet for my mum, it took over 2 weeks to come and when I opened the package the bracelet and necklace were in the same box, absolutely tangled and I’ve been trying to untangle them for so long and nothing is working, will not be using this website again!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! They take your money and NEVER SHIP THE PRODUCT! MULTIPLE CALLS AND EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!

They sent the wrong order , they do not answer calls or emails . Sent 5 emails and none have been answered , bought from a Instagram ad and if you see one don't click on it.

I’m sad that all of the current reviews are all bad. But if you look up the actual company… they closed and stopped taking orders back in April. However there is another company using same logo and name, but if you notice the website address is a little different. So pretty sure you’re reviewing the wrong company. They are trying to imitate the real company. Who apologized for not being able to make the company profitable. And they had to shut down. So you couldn’t have placed an order. I know because I just tried. I got a canvas years ago, wanted to order a new one. And was so sad to see they closed.

Warning - rip off shonky disgusting company. I ordered on the 30th November after checking i would definitely have for xmas, promised no issue. It took them 18 days to process my order, by the 24 of December it had not even made it to the airport for freight. Complained and all they did was blame the freight company - asked why it took 19 days to make it for dispatch - was ignored from that point forward. Finally got it and its a $20 piece of garbage - not even costume grade that i paid $94 dollars for and i had to go another present because it didnt make it for xmas as promised. Disgusting business

I ordered a hug ring and a hug necklace as a Christmas present for my wife. The hug necklace arrived but the hug ring was not in the gift box. I emailed back straight away to let them know, but I have had no response at all yet. I've emailed them back 4 times in total. Very disappointed with this company as they let me down for Christmas.
No communication at all, and not aware they were shipping from USA. Not good customer services.
I would not buy from them again.

I ordered, as a Christmas present, on December 5th. I still haven’t received it (December 19th). They don’t answer my communications. What a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

It's been ten days since I ordered and no communication, being prepared?, deliverery? No response to emails. Evidently they are overseas and don't advertise that fact. 12/23 - Did receive item and it is pretty cute. Therefore upped to 3 stars. But, still need better communication.

I bought this necklace for a Christmas gift. The site says delivery in 6 to 8 days On the first day after I ordered this it told me they have received the order and was being prepared for delivery. After a couple of days I emailed them and asked if I could pay for a faster delivery because it was bought for a Christmas gift and I havnt even had a response from them and the site still show progress as still being prepared for delivery.
As well as this I bought two dog collars from this site a couple of weeks earlier and guess what the site is still telling me that they also are being prepared for delivery. I will never buy from this site again
