I mistakenly ordered 2 pictures
I mistakenly ordered 2 pictures. I was contacted to verify the spelling of the names on my picture and also to ask if I really wanted 2. I would have NEVER realized I ordered 2 by mistake until I received them. I am so glad customer service reached out to me to verify.

The item looks great and I am pleased…
The item looks great and I am pleased with the picture. I did have concerns over the packaging when delivered as the picture was packaged in a way that if something had been dropped or fell with enough force to have damaged the package or put a hole in the box the picture and/or frame would have definitely been damaged. That is part of the packaging issue and also a risk on delivery. As for the picture though it looks great.

Great experience with ordering and shipped in a decent amount of time. This was a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it. Took it out of the box and directly on her wall!! All of her 10 grandchildren’s names fit perfectly. Just wish there was a way to add more than 10 names

I was able to buy some really great art…
I was able to buy some really great art work with names on it that attach a deeper meaning. I picked up 2. It took 10-14 days to arrive but came in a box & well protected. I would highly recommend giving this as a gift to someone you know & love.
