The experience was easy.
I received my family present in a timely manner. The process was so easy to upload a photo. I gave the picture to my husband for Valentine's Day and he loved it. The watercolor representation of the photo was beautiful.

es tut mir sehr leid, dass du deine Bestellung bisher nicht erhalten hast – das sollte natürlich nicht passieren.
Wir hatten dir bereits drei E-Mails geschickt, nachdem wir gesehen haben, dass das Paket laut DHL als Retoure an uns zurückgesendet wurde. Leider haben wir darauf keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Offenbar konnte die Sendung aufgrund einer falschen Adressangabe nicht zugestellt werden und wurde deshalb automatisch an uns zurückgeschickt.
Unabhängig davon möchte ich das für dich unkompliziert lösen.
Wir senden dir deine Bestellung selbstverständlich umgehend erneut zu. Bitte schick uns kurz deine aktuelle oder eine alternative Lieferadresse, damit wir sicherstellen können, dass die Zustellung diesmal reibungslos klappt.
Sobald wir die Adresse haben, priorisieren wir den Versand.

We absolutely LOVE it
We absolutely LOVE it. It turned out beautiful. I wish I would have ordered the largest one. Both of our girls are deceased and we have it where we can look at it all day long. It got here in less than 2 weeks. We will be ordering more from them.

Outstanding quality
They went above and beyond great customer service. My poster was damaged in the shipment, I contacted them and submitted photos of the damage. They immediately messaged me back and said they would send a replacement. I received my replacement poster in less than a week. It arrived in perfect condition. The quality is exceptional! I will definitely order from them again

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. There was a mistake in the shipment of our picture. I emailed the company and they were very apologetic and assured me that the correct picture would be sent ASAP and they were true to their word. I will definitely order from then again and definitely recommend them.

Captured Unconditional Love!
In looking for something to memorize our recent passing of two precious pups, I came across the website “family present”. Liked the detail of the pictures so this seem what we were looking for.
After receiving the pictures, I was totally amazed at the detail and they seemed to catch our pups personally! Today they are in our living room reminding us daily how lucky we were to have them in our lives. The unconditional love they gave us are seen through the detail of their eyes.
