I purchased 4 different pictures of some family members. Everyone of them have framed & hung them, they love them. The canvas family picture didn't need framed and was hung immediately in nephew & wife's home. They all turned out so nice and make such wonderful gifts. I got them as thank you gifts for the help they gave us during and after my open heart surgery. What a nice way to say "thank you, I love you!"

I wanted something different to give my daughter and son so I took the picture of my grandchildren and me at Christmas and had it put on canvas as a watercolor. It turned out lovely. There was one issue with shipping and it was immediately corrected by the company. My children love the canvas that I named "Grandmas Garden". I hope to do more canvases in the future with this company.

I love the way they took a normal photo, removed all the background and made it into a watercolor picture.
The detail was wonderful. My picture arrived about a week later. It looks very professional. It looks like it was hand painted. I highly recommended. It makes a nice gift, especially for anniversaries or birthdays.

I did receive A reprint (March 11th).Thank you for getting this to me damaged free.
I really do appreciate the quality of the picture/ watercolor.

Lost my trust ~

I ordered a water color picture 3-10 to be done of my dog (who passed away).
Although I did receive it in a timely manner, unfortunately it was received damaged. I messaged right away (Feb,20th.) and Florian from Family Present replied immediately. After sending pictures of the damage that same day, I was told it would be replaced. A bit of time has passed and I received a email inquiring on my satisfaction. I immediately responded I am still waiting for the tracking information and replacement for my original damaged order. Florian from Family Present responded back how sorry she was and it “was redone “and ready for “carrier pick up” and would send tracking information (when that happens) that was said on February the 26th. Now family Present has stopped responding to my emails on the replacement order tracking altogether.
(still no new tracking information)

Very pleased with the finished product. Easy ordering and delivery too!

I absolutely loved my pics - honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect but took a chance because the previews looked fun. I was very pleased as were the people I gifted them to! I ordered the photos of the watercolors and popped them into my own frames but I bet the canvas options would be nice too!! Thank you!

The process was super easy. I uploaded the photo, paid and it was delivered. I ordered this for some friends going through a tough time and it was perfect timing and perfect gift. One that will last and can be passed down; no one sits for portraits anymore...this is a fabulous alternative.

I loved the product when I saw it on FB and immediately put in an order to be delivered before Valentines Day, paying for expedited shipping. And it never came, no fault of the company's but the shipper held it up. I received a thank you email from the company's founder; Florian and he immediately responded and followed up. I received by print a day ago and I love it. In this day and age of AI's and no one seems to care I was impressed. The level of service from this company was/and still is outstanding. I am in the process of ordering more for family as gifts. I will recommend them to everyone!!
