Best jewelry buying experience I’ve had!
Alex and Zach were wonderful to work with. They helped me pick out what I wanted and worked with my budget to make sure I was happy with the end product and price. I never felt pressure from either of them and the process was very straight forward and easy. This was my first time purchasing from Faithful Platform and I will be a repeat customer. It’s hard to find jewelers you trust who aren’t pressuring you to buy! Absolutely love the ring I bought.

Wonderful Experience
It was very, very easy to explain what I wanted and talk through all the details with a representative via email—the representative was very precise and punctual!
As for the ring itself, it is perfect—the cut of the diamond does truly describe itself: radiant. The detail work is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for!

Looking for an engagement ring can feel a bit daunting. The last thing you want is to to be mislead or overpay for a diamond. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about getting you the ring you want for the right price… nothing beats Faithful Platform! BEST CUSTOM RING EXPERIENCE EVER
Everyone at Faithful Platform was amazing to work with. I had the honor of working with Jarrod and Alex, they helped me through the design of a custom ring for my fiancé. I was able to go through multiple design iterations quickly and get mockups back within days so I could get exactly what I wanted and create a one of a kind piece for a one of a kind woman! The overall price of the ring and process was much less than competitors and I never had to sacrifice gemstone or setting quality. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had a great experience working with Faithful Platform when buying the engagement ring. Chase was awesome to work with, and it was easy to customize the ring to what me and my fiancée wanted. He was great at explaining different ring details that most men don’t know or are aware of, and was thorough during the entire process. Most importantly, the prices with FP are much better than you’ll find at other companies, and my fiancée was thrilled with the end result. Highly recommend!

FP: Servant-Hearted Teachers not Salesmen
Faithful Platform had the heart of a teacher and a servant as I went through the ring process, not salesmen. They went at my pace, stuck to my budget, and got me a ring my wife wanted. I never felt forced, manipulated, or tricked into buying a ring. They just have a superior product and service at a great price. Such a pleasant experience.
