They killed it. They were able to send me renderings before I even made a down payment! They helped me design the perfect ring and my fiancé is so stoked on the ring. It couldn’t have turned out any better. Got engaged yesterday at the Milford Sound in New Zealand it was incredible.

Trustworthy Product with Great Customer Service
Faithful Platform has amazing customer service that really listened to my needs. They were transparent with costs and didn’t try to “sell” me their product—they actually searched to give me what I was looking for. They gave me multiple options within my budget, and delivered exactly what I asked for. Anytime I have a question, they were extremely quick to respond and find answers.

God bless faithful platform!
Buying my fiancés ring here was an excellent experience. I knew my friend Eleanor had started studying the diamond business, so I asked her for her trusted advice on where I could get the best ring for the best price on the market. Ring shopping is hard with all the specs and such and I didnt want to get ripped off.
My experience with Faithful Platform was incredible, I sent over a couple of pictures of rings that my fiancé liked, and within two days the perfect diamond/ring was on the way to my fiancés finger,
The ring came in very quickly and I was able to propose on the day that I intended to, which was a remarkably quick turn around.
All in all 10/10 experience. Thank you faithful platform! I have already referred a couple of my friends and plan on referring many more!
