You all are awesome! I thought I was getting scammed because of how help Jimmy and Mike were. There were so helpful and went above and beyond for me.

An amazing experience! The communication was great! Jimmy and Mike were with me for every step of the way. The ring production and shipping was super fast! Jimmy assisted me and gave me advice about the center diamond selection. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! I will recommend to anybody I know in the market for an engagement ring!

The salesman they assign to you was a fantastic help! He was great at helping me through this experience of buying the ring! The book by Tim Keller and his wife was also a great touch! The ring is exactly as I wanted it too!! Great experience!!

Really helpful from the get-go. While fully online, you get to work with a very kind representative who guides you through every step of the process. They are also very understanding and will even accommodate seemingly unreasonable requests. Great value for the price as well.

When I first submitted my request for a ring, I was contacted pretty quickly by Chase. He asked me for more information about the ring I wanted and I was able to give him samples of what I found online and asked for extra changes.

Before they start implementing the ring that I was trying to design, I did have to put down a downpayment. It was ok to put half for them to start drawing up mock designs and when the ring is going to start being made, that is when I put in the rest of the payment.

Another guy named Mike called me and gave me a walkthrough of the process which helped me too. Both of these guys responded back to my emails or texts pretty quick. I occasionally asked how the ring is coming a long and would get a prompt email from them.

They ship the ring to the closest fedex and thats where I pick it up. The ring looks good too! Would recommend!

FP got my custom ring to me well ahead of the proposal. It looked perfect, my fiancée loved it! The staff worked with me via email, phone, text. We will be using them for our wedding bands as well, the savings and service are just too great to use a big box jewelry store. I did get a tad frustrated during the design process. My fiancee was very particular and involved with reviewing design progress. I would send a list of items to adjust and FP would fix no more than one thing at a time before sending back the updated design. This lengthened the design process from what I anticipated. If you are particular or your design is complicated/unique, make sure there is plenty of time before it is needed. But FP works to make sure everything comes in time. I DO recommend them to my friends now.

Chase was very easy to talk to and provided me with a peaceful experience throughout each and every step. He encouraged me to do my own research and never pressured me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with. He gave me a great deal and helped me design the perfect ring for my now fianceé!
