The Perfect Ring
Faithful Platform was fantastic to work with. They created a custom ring design that matched exactly what my partner wanted. Their communication was great with quick responses, transparency, and answered any questions I had. The ring shipped quicker than I expected so I had plenty of time before my proposal. My now fiancee absolutely loved the ring and thought it was perfect. And she wanted to go through Faithful Platform for our wedding bands after seeing how well the engagement ring process was!

Great price, great service.
The pricing on the engagement ring is really good, compared to other retailers. The ring looks beautiful. Customer service is great, replying very promptly to any questions you have. I needed the ring in time for the proposal I had planned, and the FP team delivered earlier than agreed on! Sales team is not so responsive (when I sent a message to the sales rep, he would sometimes take up to a day to reply). But they're all very friendly and professional.

Great experience
I was worried about Faithful Platforms being reliable due to how affordable the ring was compared to retailers, but Zach was extremely helpful and gave me plenty of confidence to go through with the purchase. Not only was it by far the cheapest option, the ring is perfect and of very high quality. I’m very grateful and pleased with the experience.

Just purchased my wife and I's wedding rings here, after purchasing her engagement ring a year ago! I had a wonderful experience working with Jarrod to design the perfect rings for my wife. They were even able to match the dimensions of the wedding ring to the engagement ring they had previously made, making a perfect fit that she loves. custom built ring
I ordered a custom built ring this April. I planned on asking my fiance to marry me the day before Mother’s Day. Every step of the process was very smooth, the payment options are great, and when the ring came it was exactly what I wanted. Jake was great to work with and very easy to comunicate with. I recommend faithful platform to anyone who needs that special ring!!!

The Way to Go
My fiance and I turned to the Faithful Platform when looking for options for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring. The Faithful Platform was able to save us a significant amount (almost $2,000) from what we were quoted by a local jewelry store. We are still in the process of getting my wedding band designed, but it has been a great experience so far!
