From my experience Fair Point offers a good variety of alternative hotels for a decent price. We find the hotel we are using to be a good deal for the price offered via Fair Point. They do also make sure to monitor important information, and to inform us if we should miss out in something.

Fair Point have been consistently efficient and effective in securing the best possible accommodation to meet our needs.

They supply a range of choices and options well in advance of travelling and therefore getting us good value for money.

It took a long time before we found the right hotel for us. FairPoint showed a lot of patience with us and didn't give up looking for new alternatives. The hotel we finally chose was not as great as we had hoped, but by all means fully OK. What we find positive about FairPoint is the very friendly service and that they go to great efforts to fulfil the customer's wishes.
With regard to hotel pricing during exhibitions: it's horrendous! But it unfortunately does not ly in FairPoints hands to change this.
