Dio Tshirt and accessories
You have a big choice of Tshirts and some accessories of recent modern bands and singers. But would be absolutely great if more of those artists that are no longer with us like Dio, who I admire so much, if available please stock more of their Tshirts, accessories and posters. And of course bands of the 70s, 80s, 90s era too. Remanufactured band tour Tshirts and accessories also. Or even, left over if possible the original tour merchandise of previous years. By left over I mean unsold brand new merchandise from tours of previous years that were somehow not sold out completely, but stocked in warehouses.

Hi,
Thank you for your positive and constructive review.
We already offer as wide a selection as possible from our suppliers. The range is already vast, and we always strive to offer more. We do not offer vintage or second-hand items - only brand new items. One of the advantages of offering brand new only is that as they have been purchased from UK-based retailers with the licence to print the design in the UK, we can be absolutely certain of their provenance and that the artists and licence-holders will have been paid; vintage or second-hand items do not have the same certainty.
We appreciate your positive review, and hope to hear from you again soon.

Terrible customer service
I bought a shirt off Amazon and it didn’t fit so I exercised the consumer contract regulations and returned my item, following their policy and paying over £5 for postage with tracking and expecting a full refund back, including initial delivery costs (I did not expect to get the re-delivery fee back as per their policy)
I tried to deal with the trader politely as they had taken off my delivery fee when refunding me, instead the trader was rude and would not let me exercise my rights, additionally lying and stating that the item had been used which is completely incorrect.
I love this store and I’m sad to say I won’t be buying from them again.

Great customer service
I recently bought a newly released vinyl from them - took a while to see any delivery updates so i emailed customer service and they were super nice and explained that it was a second party causing a slight delay and were very apologetic. They sent the vinyl as soon as they had stock without any issues!
