Delayed orders with no communication
Twice I ordered items and the items were delayed. There's no communication when items are delayed to let you know the dispatch will be outside regular timescales. I had to chase to find out what happens. There needs to be a system in place to allow for better communication.
Otherwise, the shirts were fine once they arrived but I had to cancel an order once it became apparent it would never come.

Ordered a Sublime t-shirt from this…
Ordered a Sublime t-shirt from this merchant as it was offered on a tracked 48 hour delivery service and should have arrived in time. The day before the gig, I emailed as I had received no correspondence regarding shipping or delivery, to be told that the company were waiting on stock! No email to advise of this, no notice on the website to advise there was a wait on stock? It's 2026 and the lack of correspondence is unprofessional and a sign of just another amateur merchandise site. Avoid and order from a more reputable company.

Bought band t shirts (women’s) and…
Bought band t shirts (women’s) and they’re very poorly made, unfortunately having to return them as they are absolutely tiny sizes, note if you’re thinking of buying these then size up two sizes! For some reason there’s no consistent with the sizes, the XL was smaller than the L??!! They’re also thin material not very good quality.

We are sorry to hear that the reviewer was not satisfied with the products. Unfortunately, the reviewer did not leave any information indicating their order details, and they did not reply to our request for information, so we cannot speak to the specifics of this order - we can only speak generally.
The blank garments used vary between designs. As the specific blank garment can vary, this very occasionally produces discrepancies between sizing as described in this review. We cannot speak for individual preferences on sizing (loose, snug etc), but we are always happy to help on request with garment types, measurements or any other product information you may wish to know when considering whether to shop with Eyesore Merch.
For information on our products, we recommend contacting our customer service team via email on customerservice@eyesoremerch.com, and they will be happy to advise.
We hope that the matter has since been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Regards,
Eyesore Merch

Hi,
Thank you for your review.
We are very sorry to hear that the order had not yet been delivered at the time of review. We will provide further information and context.
The order and product this review refers to is a Planet Rock Cash For Kids design. This range was a pre-order only - customers could place an order within the allotted pre-order period, with the idea that the product is only available for this limited period and not available through general sale afterwards. The window lasted for approximately one month, after which the product was printed to demand.
Its pre-order status was specified in the product title and description:
"The Pre-Order for these shirts runs until Sunday 3rd May after which we will start the manufacture process. We expect the finished products to ship at the end of May, but cannot guarantee exact dates at this time."
The reason an exact shipping date was not be specified due to factors outside our control, such as manufacturing turnarounds.
This information would have been available to the reviewer at the time the review was left and indeed before placing the order, so we were a little surprised to receive a negative review for a pre-order product where the likely shipping date had not yet passed.
In the event, the stock was delivered to us on June 1st, and the order was despatched on June 2nd.
In general, we encourage any customer experiencing an issue or requiring more information on their order to contact us via email at customerservice@eyesoremerch.com: our team offers professional, high-quality customer service, and will be pleased to advise on a resolution.
Regards,
Eyesore Merch
