Great shoes, disappointing online shopping experience
I like my shoes. However I feel I was mislead about the cost of the shoes. Your company should have been more transparent about the additional costs associated with mailing to the U.S. I had to pay Euro 30 for shipping (which I completely agree with) and then almost USD$75 for "other fees" on top of my shipping and shoe cost. This fee should have been disclosed prior to filling my order. Then when I had to return the shoes due to a poor fit, I was forced to pay another USD$65 for return shipping which was twice as much as the shipping for my original purchase. When your company refunded my original purchase price, you deducted Euro 30 for shipping. In addition, your company kept telling me I had not properly followed the return instructions. I am convinced I did follow them. I was very careful. Your company never told me what I did wrong. I feel I was overcharged for the shipping return fees and not treated as a valued customer.

For orders shipped to the United States, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges are neither applied nor collected by Exton. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country and are entirely outside of our control.
Regarding your return, our terms and conditions clearly state that return shipping costs from the United States are the responsibility of the customer and that the return shipment must be arranged directly by the customer. After explaining these conditions to you, we nevertheless decided to make an exception and provided a prepaid return label in order to assist you with the process, even though this is not included in our policy for U.S. returns.
During the return process, you were also informed that the shipment needed to be declared as returned goods with no commercial value in order to avoid additional customs charges upon re-entry into Italy. Unfortunately, this information was not correctly reflected in the shipping documentation and, as a result, customs and administrative charges exceeding USD 100 were applied when the goods were re-imported into Italy.
Under our published sales and return conditions, these costs could have been deducted from your refund. However, we chose to absorb these charges entirely and did not pass any of these additional costs on to you.
The original outbound shipping charge was also handled in full accordance with the sales and return conditions published on our website at the time of purchase.
We would also like to point out that our sales and return conditions are clearly published on our website and are accepted by every customer before completing a purchase. For this reason, we are somewhat surprised by the concerns raised regarding costs and procedures that were expressly disclosed in advance and accepted at the time the order was placed.
While we fully respect every customer's right to share their experience, we believe it is important that any review accurately reflects both the obligations accepted by the customer and the efforts made by the company to provide assistance beyond what was required under its published policies.
For these reasons, we believe that this review does not fully reflect the facts of the case, nor the exceptions, accommodations and additional costs absorbed by Exton throughout the return process.

Il prodotto è di qualità. Le immagini digitali che ritraggono sul sito le scarpe sono fedeli alla realtà. Il n.ro ordinato esatto. Calzata comoda da subito. La confezione curata. Ogni confezione comprende anche un calzascarpe. Sembra esserci qualità anche nella gestione post-vendita del prodotto. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo appare ottimo anche se quest'ultima valutazione andrebbe rivalutata dopo un determinato periodo d'uso del prodotto (resistenza all'usura) senza il quale la valutazione di 'qualità' resta priva di un tassello importante. Ad ogni modo ne ho già acquistato un altro paio e molto probabilmente riterrò il marchio EXTON affidabile per futuri nuovi acquisti.

Prodotto di qualità. Non conoscevo il marchio ed ero scettico. Il primo impatto è positivo. Ho ordinato una misura 41 e pur sembrandomi leggermente 'generosa' come 41 la prima camminata è apparsa di assoluto comfort per una scarpa nuova. So bene che la valutazione di qualità e confort vanno messe alla prova di un utilizzo più intenso del prodotto ma il primo impatto è stato molto positivo. Se anche l'uso assiduo della scarpa dovesse mantenere le attese prenderò in considerazione EXTON anche per acquisti futuri.

Ho comprato un paio di mocassini Suede color terra con tutti i dubbi che accompagnano il primo acquisto in rete da una azienda che non si conosce. Invece tutto è andato per il suo verso. La scarpa è molto bella e si conforma perfettamente al mio piede. La guida sulle taglie del sito è servita a centrare la misura. La consegna è stata più veloce del dichiarato. Insomma, considerati i prezzi, sono sicuro che acquisterò ancora!
